Australia Post

Look I use this place because it is convenient when I work but the service certainly is ‘no frills’. Sent one of my family members away to stand in a queue at a Government Department unnecessarily, hours wasted. Turned out the paperwork should have just been taken by the post office as requested. If they took more time to understand what the service is being requested I believe this sort of thing could be prevented, but it does seem that they just want to push you somewhere else as quickly as possible in there. Room for improvement at least.

I have never written a review before but feel I have to after my experience. Possibly the worst customer service I have experienced in my life, to the point I left in tears. Spoken in another language behind my back and laughed sarcastically in my face. All for asking a question about parcel costs which can be quite confusing for people who don’t regularly use Australia Post.

We try to be quick and efficient to save everyone's time! Some other reviewers are not happy with parcel delivery so I wish to clarify that we do not deliver parcels from here. They are all handled by Redbank Parcel Centre or Logan City Delivery Centre. Also we can't open on the weekend since both Springwood and Loganholme already are. Thank you!

Yes i agree with some about parcel delivery.they don't deliver they just put a note in the box and say come pick up after 4.30 and before 5pm. Pity if on Friday cant get till Monday thwn. Always and i mean always same. They have never delivered a parcel they just put a note in the box. Even when you are home no delivery
Poor service

Matthew is always helpful and works hard to find the right Aust Post services to suit my business needs. I've been a business customer lodging parcels with Matthew for over seven years now. While the post office at Daisy Hill is a smaller one I prefer to lodge with him as waiting times are less than the larger post offices and he offers personalised service.

Doesnt work saturday morning like most other post offices.unfortunately i dont have a choice where my mail goes, so i need to PAY a fee to transfer it to a post office that does work on Saturday mornings.very disappointed with Australia post for this

Every time I come into this post office to send the same item in the same box to the same address the prices go up when I’m served by different people. I was spending $200-$300 a week here and I strongly recommend everyone to stay well clear of them!

Fast and efficient services, if you need to get passport photos this is your place, staff is friendly and small place.

It's a reasonable Post-Office. Most of the times that I'm down there I don't have to wait too long, and the staff are friendly and helpful. That being said, at rare times there are staff stationed there that I've found to be very cold and unhelpful.

Be very careful using this post office to receive parcels from. If it goes missing, even though the Post tracking says it was signed for at this location but you have not collected your parcel, they will wipe their hands of it with no assistance whatsoever.
