Australia Post - Belgian Gardens LPO

My wife had ordered a gift for our grandson. She received a notification that it was being delivered today 19/12/23. We were both home all afternoon. At 3: 30pm, we received a notification that the courier tried to deliver the parcel and no one was home. My wife has paid extra to have the parcel delivered. She now has to pick up the parcel. No refund. Just an apology for the inconvenience. Well done Australia Post

The current staff are friendly and helpful. Great customer service and definitely one of the better post offices around.

Have my PO Box here. Consistently real customer service. Attention to detail with a smile. A national brand run as a "small" business. Now that's the way you do it!

Nice range of options available in store for posting and packing needs. Great and friendly service. This is also one of the few places that have the extra large boxes available for rent. Service is very quick too, as there is minimal wait time and you are normally in and out within 5 minutes.

I love this post office so much. Old fashioned service. Every single staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Didn’t think I would review a post office it’s just not something that commonly gets reviewed as a post office provides a generic service but there’s something about the homely vibe here

I love this post office - it is always a pleasure to visit. The store has a light airy fresh look and they stock nice interesting little gifts. But best of all, is that the owner & staff are always happy, friendly and very helpful!

Veronica and her team provide a super friendly service. Nothing is to much trouble and they are more then a Post Office. They have gifts and nic nacs that you need to see. Do yourself a favor and call in to the post office, to see why we keep going back to Veronica and her team.

Excellent service by the ladies that manage it on a daily basis, their kind and very helpful when it came to my parcel i was so worried about it so keep up the work girls.
