I actually love going to the post office now. Lovely family run, and Melvin is a legend. Grateful to have this as my local.

I have using Hamilton Road, Wavell Hts PO for several years. It an excellent position with parking and service is very good.

I believe that is best post office in Australia. Not that I went to each but that level of customer service, I don't think that anyone else can beat it The owner knows you by name, the service is outstanding. The staff is in the same boat.

It's always a pleasure to go there.

Always helpful and friendly. If I had to pick up a parcel from the post office because it couldn't be left at my address, it always went smoothly.

I am unsure why there are bad reviews about this post office. I have been here many times and have always had friendly and extremely efficient service from both people I have dealt with. Don't let the bad reviews deter you.
