Have known Liz and the girls for 15 years now. Always friendly, good with banter, and good prices; extremely good customer service.

So Liz and the crew at Kingston post office went above and beyond to get my parcel to me. My friend in Italy accidentally put wrong address and incorrect phone number. So Liz tracked me down on Facebook to let me know my parcels had arrived. Any other post office would have just returned to sender. I am so grateful to Liz and her family owned business for going as I said AVOVE & BEYOND to get my 2 large boxes to me. Thanks guys 10 out of 10 service. I’m never using another post office again.

I went there specially as I had a bulky shipment overseas. It was handled so expertly that it was all done.packed and sent within 10 minutes. Very highly recommended

A family run business that is a pleasure to use. The staff are always helpful and knowledgeable. They are happy to help with all of your needs, and no matter how busy they might be, it is service with a smile. They carry a great range of gifts and accessories that are regularly updated and changed that are a delight to explore. Only a small post office, but they pack a lot in. One thing that you really notice here is that the customer is valued.

Not the closest post office to me but I go here because of the top class service. Been served by the whole family over last 4 years, and never had an issue. Time and other customers permitting, they always have a chat about things that are going on. Don't know how many times I have seen Caitlyn assist customers with how to send things correctly. Keep up the great work Caitlyn and awesome assistant Ebony.

Incredibly helpful staff. Went above and beyond to help with the tracking of my order. This is the only experience ive had with Australia post that was positive. Great job guys

The staff are always so helpful. It is a pleasure to deal with young women, especially Caitlin, that are extremely polite and knowledgeable. I have been using this post office for many years and will continue to recommend them for anyone looking for a post office.

Iv never written a review for a post office before but my lord these people are amazing. I had a Lil trouble finding my parcel and the girls went above and beyond to help me find the problem. I now do all my bill pays here. And all the prettys in the shop I have so much fun seeing the girls at the post office.

I am definitely redirecting my parcel, this place is very unprofessional. The owner called in after his daughter couldn't handle an unhappy customer and started yelling at me over the phone telling me not to call his daughter when i called their place of buiness. They had made a mistake and written the wrong date on a pick up card then tried to say it wouldn't happen when shown the prof and asked to be spoken to next time with a none smart attitude specially when we were obviously not wrong she became very defensive. She may be the owners daughter but it doesn't mean you can just harass people over the phone and even telling me to watch out in the kingston area like i should be scared. I have every right to be angry as long as I wasn't being disrespectful this person was being VERY VERY disrespectful and even threatened to call the police on me just because he didn't like that I was speaking up for myself after yelling at me and would not let me speak then saying i was speaking on top of him when he started yelling, the last time i check he wasnt my father so he can talk to his daughter in a hostile way if he wants to but "not" me. If she can't handle the job she needs to stop working there and if the owner can't handle unhappy customer because they sent my parcel back before the time of pick up shown on the pick up card then you need to look into a different industry/business.

Great family post office. The staff are so friendly. Seems strange that only one person has left a really bad review. You can never please some customers. Keep your heads
up. You are amazing

I have had nothing but amazing service at this Post Office. We are so lucky to have them. Always the best of care with my parcels.

As a real estate agent, I post huge amount of mail. This is my local Post Office and the mother and daughter duo always provide me amazing service. As a local I recommend to all my neighbours and friends to use this as their main post office. A+ service with a smile everytime.

Always helpful, even in challenging situations. Lovely family owned business where they know your name - none of that 'corporate coldness'. I drive an extra distance to use this post office.

I have been going to Kingston Post Office for a long time. Very friendly staff who are helpful. Their Post Office boxes are clean and well numbered. Love their awesome gifts. Even if I moved I would come back as I love the atmosphere.

Have to say this is the best post office I have been to in many years. Staff are very friendly and nothing is ever a problem.

I would much rather do my business here than at other PO's closer to home, always a good experience.

Occasionally when the post office contractors don't deliver to the house when they should or not get out of there car and just beep the horn, they then leave me a postage collect card and deliver my goods to this Kingston road post office.the staff are always friendly, They are always a pleasure to deal with, they are family run and owned. I really don't mind the trip to visit them. Plus they make soy candles which are great too. Thank you.looking forward to seeing them again.
