Our new and fellow Australians, Toowong post shop is not in the shopping mall. That's called a news agent.
Australia Post is on a side street. Use your maps better.
I've found that the service their is like any other Australia Post Office and good coustorsy from staff. As a p.o. Box user I've never had a problem.
I guess the education sector need to explain the difference between a Australia Post shop and a Australia Post agent.
