Aussie Spas 2U

I very new to the spa world and didn’t have a clue what I was looking for when it came to the chemicals and what I needed all I knew was I didn’t want to do chlorine. I first spoke to Bianca who rang me told me exactly what I needed. I was then called by the owner Tony who explained a little more.
I when to the shop where I met Amber who explained everything again and gave me a step by step guide and sent an email on how everything needed to be done. I admit it was a lot of information to go in but after a call back to Amber I was on the right path.

Amazing professional team. Our spa was installed by Aussie spa 2U, from ground to soaking in clear water the whole experience was swift and well managed. I have managed to turn our spa into a golden pool complete with a beer head, twice. The professional team have steered me back to clarity every time. I reccomend them as honest sales people and exceptional support technology specialists.

I have been retaining fluid due to Edema. I am amazed how much the Spa have helped move the fluid in my legs. My heart health has improved and my doctor is very happy. Thanks to Tony's help I was able to get the best spa for my needs. Very helpful, friendly and professional service. I would highly recommend.

Friendly and informative service.
I purchased with them because they answered all my questions and I was able to believe what they said (I didn’t find this in many companies)
But most importantly this is my first Spa and the assistance in setting it up and even now with the after sales service fixing any water problems etc is outstanding.

The directors of this Spa company, Tony and Karen, excel in providing genuine, personalised and friendly service and ongoing support long after our purchase. They really want you to get the full benefit of owning your spa. We believe it is the best health investment we have ever made and we use it every day all year round. The chemicals are very skin friendly and odour free, unlike the strong chlorine based chemicals many others use. We have owned the spa for two years now and can't speak highly enough of both the quality product and the delightful service. What great staff when we went to have a look very helpful to karren on the phone the boss lady just goes out of her way to make sure everything goes to plan before you buy their spar to the boss man Tony come out make sure it good spot and that Advice he gave was great their delivery drive Steve even came out on Sunday how good this bloke is unbelivabale don't need crane he said if I can't get spar in that spot I shouldn't be driving

Really great place. We are hoping to get a spa fairly soon. They do great deals and delivery! You even have a chance to try out two of their spas!
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.
They have great customer service and will assist you even after you have purchased.

5 STARS for Jeremy from Aussie Spas 2U, the service he provided was outstanding, I thought our spa was unfix-able and even considered selling it as I couldn't maintain it.until Jeremy came along, the spa looks amazing and again all thanks to Jeremy:) HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Excellent customer service, incredibly generous. Aussie spa 2U went above and beyond to help us with a spa for our daughter with extremely complex health issues. So she could have much needed in home hydro therapy she requires. We as a family can't thankyou enough for all you have done.

I bought one of their spas through a regional dealer. I rang and got Amber, what a relief, she was able to step me through a custom setup for our conditions and explained everything as she when. I hung up with a new level of confidence in owning and operating a spa.

We just wanted to say a huge thank you to Tony, Karen & Amber for all their help and advice in getting our spa up and running after we had given up on it for a year and a half. Wrong or inaccurate advice from other people really turned us off it but a single visit to their shop in Mackenzie followed by a visit from Tony to help us get our spa going again did the trick and now we are using it all the time. Thank you guys so much for helping us fall in love with our spa all over again and if anyone is having trouble with theirs or are looking for a new spa, chemicals or just some advice then please see Aussie Spas 2U before you do anything. Purchased a spa yesterday from here and what absolutely outstanding service from Amber who was so knowledgeable and helpful and then to Karen for completing the deal for me, I had spoken to 3 other companies before dealing with Amber and Karen, and these guys hands down were exceptional. Amazing experience with Tony and the team. Great value for money but the service was second to none. Really put us at ease from start to finish. From the showroom we then had a home visit where everything was explained and stepped out. Delivery and install was painless and Tony came back a week later to explain the maintenance side of things.
