From quote to install (all within the same wk!) we had a brilliant experience. We had several quotes from companies that were almost 5 times the price! So it was a relief to find this company and have a quality product installed. The blinds are locally made as well.

Dealing with Aussie Outdoor Blinds was like dealing with family. The entire team we dealt with (4-5 people including installers) were very caring about answering our questions and solving some special requests we had for a somewhat tricky patio. They had to make several trips out to our place to deal with these unique challenges to meet our objectives. We felt like we were dealing with uncles and brother-in-laws as they really cared and they got it right. We got quotes from several other companies and Aussie Outdoor Blinds not only had the best price (in some cases less than half of what other companies charge) but they were the most responsive as well. Their lead time was the shortest as well as we did not want to wait through more sun and rain without our blinds. We only wish every other business would take the time to care so much.

Absolute nightmare to have a warranty repair and communication with the owner beyond comprehension of rude and abusive, misleading and deceptive. This has been "repaired several times now by the new owner and failed to actually fix the problem. Everything was great until money taken, then 0 customer service and accusations wasting time and not accepting responsibility

Rang up to see if they were open on Monday the 4th of January got told yes come on in drove 40 minutes to get there and they were closed then no one on there answering service could tell me why they weren’t open they will not be getting my business

Very very happy with my motorised blinds, they are expensive compared to some other suppliers BUT definitely worth the money, mine have been up for over a year and have stood up to some serious wind. I am located on a lake and I am able to use my deck year round because of the protection and privacy these blinds have afforded me. Highly recommended!

The team is just amazing. Their post sales service is second to none and I would highly recommend installing outdoor blinds with them as you know you will be well looked after, for years after installation. My blinds are over 10 years old and I asked for them to be serviced recently and as usual, they did a superb job, even fixing some minor issues they noticed with wear and tear, that I hadn't, which prevented further damage in the storms that came in after that. Really brilliant!
