AUS POLISHED CONCRETE

We took a drive up to their show room to discuss how we wanted a polished concrete look and so glad we did as we discovered the feathered concrete finish. The sales consultant was great and gave us a really good idea of the finish we would achieve using this effect. They then sent a further consultant to our house to do a quick check measure which helped firm up the price. Once we agreed this was acceptable we locked in an install date and their tradies turned up and got the job done quicker than anticipated. A really great company to deal with all round. Communications, trades and of course the finished product all top notch. Our floor is completely unique and we love the finish

We were so happy with the epoxy which was applied to our entertainment and garage floors we had them come back to epoxy the walls. It has transformed both spaces. The sales team and work crew were professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend.

I can’t tell you what a great experience we had. The crew that came out the first time was outstanding. Like with any project there were a few issues but the came back out and took care of everything and the floor looks great. Jay and peter were great to work with. Both crews had a great helpful attitude and mindset to make sure everything was top notch. Jay was excellent to work with, providing samples, guiding us thru the selection process. Peter was outstanding when he came out to look at a few minor issues we had and making sure we were happy was at the top of his list. We will use them again on our next project.

We should have done this YEARS ago! The floor looks amazing and we hope it will last a long time. The installers were very friendly, informative and careful. Only issue I had was with the scheduling as a few days I didn't know if they were coming until early morning or they just showed up. Overall I would definitely do it again!

We recently had our shop floors polished by this company. This company was great to work with from the very beginning! They were very knowledgeable and answered any questions we had throughout the whole project. I would very much recommend them and we plan to use them again in the future when we’re ready to have our shop floors done!

APC did a fantastic job of honing our alfresco area and doing a mechancial polish of our internal floors to rectify major defects done by a previous floor polisher. The result was excellent and we are now enjoying our polished and honed floors. APC have a very knowledgeable and professional team and we highly recommend them.

Absolutely sensational in every aspect. The team at APC did such an amazing great job on our floors. Jay is super fast, professional and was always on time and such a gentleman. I honestly thought and expected the job would be really loud and dusty, but Jay and his fellow workers contained all the mess in a big vacuum which was so professional and a huge relief. I highly recommend Aus Polished Cocnrete for concrete grinding and polishing. The office staff were efficient and professional, conducting business in a timely manner. The tradesman who completed the work, Jay, has an obvious pride in his work, taking no shortcuts. There is an obvious 'art' to getting this type of flooring 100% right and this business has it. Most impressed!
