I don’t know why Doctors are not backing these things as you don’t need pain relief, since using them I have been able to just do my 7000 steps a day to help keep my health in check.
I’m sleeping better at nights because I have no pain anymore and as a result my overall health has improved and it’s like that dark cloud that was hovering around has gone, when we are not in constant pain we are happier people so I have been recommending this product to anyone who asked me, we need to start somewhere so try them for yourselves!

So my back was popping out so frequently every day. The pain was excruciating putting it back in. I wore my brace for 3 days pretty much from morning till bed time. The next few days after not wearing it was amazing. I found the only time my back would go out was when I drove the car.
I ordered a large my waist measurement is 85cm. It fitted very well. It took me a few days to work out that I could make the belt tighter with the Velcro straps on the belt. That really makes the belt much more stable and effective.
Thanks guys for making these products. Having a bad back and being in so much pain is very debilitating.
