They do an amazing job. Brendan goes over and above. He explains things so well. I was new to having a pool and had no idea. He got me up and running with ease! A friend recommended them to me and I’ll be passing on the recommendation.

I've been a regular customer of these guys for 3 years now. They always give excellent advice, great customer service and great products at very good prices. They also come out and service our pool and again just awesome all around!

Tried to purchase chlorine from here. I had two approved chlorine containers from another pool shop, however they had no chlorine and suggested I try here. The correct stickers are on the container saying poison pool chlorine. The person there refused to fill my two containers as they didn't say "poison" etched into the bottle (see image for the bottle WITH chlorine). I explained they are correct containers, still refused. Ended up going to Neptunes pool care who filled them with out question. Very disappointed have lost some big money as e purchased a robot cleaner too. Will not return.

Went to Atlantic pool care Burpengary for some advice on old pool pump. The girls went out their way to help us find a solution. When we realised it couldn’t be fixed, they again went out their way to get new one installed that day as an emergency. The guy who came out to install it did a great job. A big thanks to the truly professional team! I could not recommend Atlantic Burpengary enough!

I first contacted Atlantic Pool services when my 15 year old swimming pool pump was starting to have issues. They were quick to identify the type of pump I had (no longer in production) and an alternative. They ordered a pump for me. It was received quickly and was installed by Jay. He identified an issue with my cartridge's filter lid. Again 15 plus years old. I went down to Atlantic Pool services. They rummaged around the store and found an option for me. They are all very professional, helpful and super friendly. I wouldn't go anywhere else

Our house water pump died on a Staurday afternoon long weekend. Atlantic stayed open past closing long enough for me to drive 45 mins to their shop for the part we needed to keep water to our home. So grateful!

We have been regular customers of this store for as long as they have been there. My wife called in to purchase salt this morning but the staff refused to serve her unless she had a pool water test at the same time. We have spent thousands of dollars at this store only to be arrogantly brushed off and treated very poorly. Worst face to face service to a very loyal customer.

Rang chasing down chlorine tablets for grey water system. Not only did they have it in stock, she put it away until the next day for me as I couldn't get in that day. Thanks

We just had Jay over yesterday to check over our spa to make sure everything was in good working order. Jay tested the water, provided necessary chemicals and explained everything to us so we knew what to do to keep our spa clean and in good working order.thanks Jay, we really appreciate your help and good advice! Atlantic have been helping us keep our pool in shape for the last 5 years since we moved into the area. Jay came out at very short notice when we had a number of small issues all at the same time. He worked through everything methodically to make sure nothing was missed, fixed all the bugs in the system. Communication from the whole team was amazing. Highly recommend these guys to look after your pool.

I could not rate this company higher. They are always friendly, helpful and professional. They only sell you what you need and will try to help you fix problems rather than making you pay an unnecessary call out fee.

Great people and so helpful. They have everything you need to get your pool in order as well as pumps and all the accessories needed.

Friendly staff and have a wide range of pool products. (They also have Stihl power equipment now.). If they don’t have the pool bit you need they will happily get it in. They fill your chlorine drums while you wait. Can get quite busy Saturday and Sundays (in summer).
