As good as it gets. Pete is always friendly and helpful. Goes above and beyond to please his customer. On my last visit, while trying to sort out my gear problems, he gave me an insane deal on equipment. Needless to say Im a happy returning customer.

Bought the Dob 10” sky watcher telescope for my partners birthday. Incredible customer service, great knowledge and price point. Incredibly knowledgeable and articulate, while also being helpful. The guys here are willing to talk to you for ages, willing to get into anything about astronomy. This place is great, whether you're buying a telescope, accessory or even asking for information.

Pete was very pleasant to deal with. He is very knowlegdeble and helpful with making equipment purchase decisions, and will actually steer you away from purchasing gear that is not suitable or unnecessary rather than let you waste your money.

I was after SkyWatcher Classic 150p (6” dob). Price was great. Checked the stock via email, got a positive response really quick. No issues with delivery, although the packaging wasn’t good enough in my view.
Was very happy so far. But turned out one of the eyepieces had a defect. From here they stopped responding via email. Wrote twice with several weeks interval.
Not sure if I can trust AstroAnarchy with a bigger purchase.

Great service from this business, I live in Melbourne and on Tuesday I ordered two eyepieces, by the time I arrived home on Wednesday they had been delivered. I can’t get that sort of service in Melbourne. Thanks again Peter.
