Nice alfresco eating area out back. Good selection of Seniors meals for $15. Drinks are very reasonably priced. Staff were ALL very helpful and friendly. Our group will definitely be back.

Great Venue, its a hidden gem.
It was my first time for me there with our Punters Club.
Very good atmosphere, friendly staff, the prices were good.
Beer was cold.
The food was sensational esp the Calamari.
Highly recommended.

We were there attending a birthday party. The venue is fine, but we were the last to receive our meals and funnily enough instead of offering us a refund, the staff refunded someone else who received their meal before us. I am still confused, puzzled and troubled about it that why would someone differentiate!

Buy from your bottle shop in Shaw Road, Steve the young man who seems to live there is a wonderful young man, he maintains the shop well and is very polite, observes the covid rules and is a pleasure to deal with, however others such as Josh are appalling. He is rude beyond belief. Yesterday he was not wearing his mask and stated that he thought it was like "lock down". I will never buy from this shop again when this rude obnoxious man is on duty. Suggest you speak to him about his unacceptable behaviour as I would not believe I am the only one he offends.

Caught up with old school mates at the bar late at night. Staff were quick to assist and even offered a mate a free cola! It was just us three and two staff members and it was a nice friendly outing:)

Tasty food served beautifully. Lovely staff who coped so well with 24 of us without a hitch. We will be back.

Restaurant venue away from TV sports bar area lovely. Staff some friendly some appear bored but all courteous. Food not so good can make better at home. Coffee bland

Had a lovely evening, the lovely lady looking after us was very pleasant. The food was delicious, our steak was perfect, medium to rare I think? Hope to see a few more patrons next time the place was deserted. Good job to all running the Hotel

Visited with my husband for lunch on a Wednesday. The staff are friendly and helpful, we were treated very well. We sat outside in the beer garden and it is a nice environment. Decorated well, it was a lovely day with a comfortable temperature but I did notice they had fans and heaters available. When we went they had a great special, lunch with a drink for$16.90 and $14.90 for members. My husband has chicken schnitzel, chips with gravy and a salad. I had a little and the chicken was tender and gravy was tasty, I had calamari, chips, tartare sauce and chips. The calamari was good, tender but could have been seasoned a little more.

We will be back and am considering membership.

Only downside is the early closing time but luckily you can’t fill up at the attached bottleo so no one will have to go home empty handed

Stopped in for lunch with my wife. Staff are all very welcoming and friendly. Great menu and the food was excellent

Got to the hotel on a Saturday night at 7.55 pm had to fill a form out then ordered our drinks in the sports bar then asked if we could buy a snack.no sorry kitchen closed at 8 pm this was now 8.03 pm.disgusted that you can't get a snack not a meal after 8 pm then they complain buisness is down no wonder we won't be coming back.

Love the atmosphere, the friendly staff, the safety precautions for covid and the great free coffee. I am wheelchair bound and I was very well looked after with the lovely lady behind the bar moving chairs so I could play the pokies and taking care of my every need and in no way, did I feel, like it was a bother for her to help

My call wasn't answered and I know this fact because I waited patiently, until it rang out.
What are your staff doing.during this Covid-19 times?

Three girls on in the restaurant at about 8: 30 last night were fantastic. They had other gatherings going on but they still made us very welcome and accommodated.

Cause they had Lambs Fry & Bacon on the menu!
Oh and the staff were very friendly.nice decor too.

Offers very good value lunch specials. Suspect they have to compete with new Westfield Chermside restaurant precinct just down the road. Food well prepared and generous portion sizes. Kids room in sight of most of the floor. Great if you're travelling through or don't want to spend too much.

Hello. Please give our thanks to Natalie and Emma from the bistro. They were both so gorgeous and we chatted with them on and off all through the dinner. They are assets to the hotel, esp for their wonderful service and giant smiles. The meals were stunning and we devoured every single bite. From the moment we were seated to the moment we left we felt welcome and very comfortable. The staff in the kitchen and Natalie and Emma in the bistro are just fantastic. We will be back next week.

I book lunch with my friend and husband on Sunday. In a good environment, the drinks were cheap but garlic bread baked brown and black and the cheese and bacon slipped off. My baby sons chicken nuggets was very greasy on the outside, but dry on the inside. There was no dressing in his salad. I've been here before and the last time garlic bread was brown and dry too.
