Rang and spoke to Amanda on the phone and she was there to serve me also in store. Fantastic service and advice. Her manager (Anna I think, sorry) help me with a after purchaes enquirie and was just as good.

Came in early for Boxing Day sales and the staff were very friendly and calm considering it was already very busy. Would recommend

Went in looking for something specific for a football boot, was immediately approached by Matisse who was amazingly helpful. Said they didn’t have many boots in but let me try on what returns they did have out the back, and then even recommended other brands rather than pressuring me to buy a show that may not have been perfect for my needs. I’ll always try ASICS first.

Lots of shoes, but limited in sizes. I couldn't find a shoe for playing tennis, but they sell lots of "tennis" shoes

Lots of shoes for adults and kids on offer. It is pot luck as to size and style availability. Didn't find anything today but always worth checking out. Savings vary. Staff are knowledgeable and good at helping you to find a shoe that ticks your boxes.

Fantastic young man with dark complexion and curly hair, he was absolutely fantastic. He not only, guided us to the selection of shoes that would be in my husband's size, but also noticed the footwear my husband had on and found a newer version of the same shoe in a better colour. How's that for customer service!

They have a great range of styles and sizes. I was able to find a pair of sneakers that I liked. The store was extremely busy when I went, but the service was still great and the queues moved quickly.
