My husband and I been going to dr. Belinda for skin check every half a year, last 2x my husband got all clear and I did last time. Month after decided to go to Cancer skin clinic in Southport for another check. Well my husband had 4 spots bcc and one with 4 stitches to be removed and I had 2 spots and one with 5 stitches.
Got all results to prove. Never will go back to dr. Belina or any GP aka skin doctor! She put our life in danger, incompetent.

Thank you to Dr Robert Haron for making my teenage sons first solo appointment with you a good experience, as we have had some doozies over the years. You really impressed him. Reception staff and podiatrist also friendly when I visited. Could become our new family practice

Misdiagnosed the staph infection on my arm as an allergic reaction. By the time I went to see a doctor in Brisbane that knew what it was it had become Cellulitis. The doctor at ACMC seemed more concerned with getting me in and out the door rather than actually listening to what I was saying.

Receptionists seem hit or miss. The one I dealt with the first time was quite nice but the 2nd one I saw when I went in to follow up had, shall we say, less than adequate social skills.

If you have the time to go somewhere else, I would recommend doing so.

Hi, dear medical Center in Ashmore city now I can tell what’s on my heart, Dr Heron I had all respect for you, spoke to you nicely and always I waited for you to sit down first then me. Remember one day about a month ago a was depressed as I suffer from it I told you I will kill my self, what you said to me? Go ahead it’s a free country, right then and there I lost all my feelings for you, you charge your patients $1 for a mask? That’s greediness at its highest level, don’t forget you’re making $80 out of each patient, shame on you Dr H, I missed my appointment you charged me $30 after being your client for many years, is that fair? Absolutely not, here again it shows money hunger doctors, today I came for my medication you said you can’t give it to me because, you have your reasons, but I am in the middle of a treatment which you can’t just stop the medication on, yet you gave me a letter and wished me luck finding another doctor, your staff lack kindness and empathy for your clients, your chairs are miserable full of dog hair, your manager is shuffling papers walking up and down just to show she’s working hard, any way Dr I’m totally disappointed in you and you always treated me with a cold passion, as long as the millions roll in the hell with your clients, I strongly believe in karma and I say, what goes around cones around, ohh I feel a big weight off my shoulders, I’m free, so all of you do what you do best, treat you customers like robots.
You charged me $30 for missing appointment because car failure!

This staff in this medical centre exceeded all my expectations at every step. Reception were friendly and efficient. I saw Dr Prabali Adhikari for antenatal care and advice and she was caring and thorough. I also saw a lovely nurse to dress a hot water burn and appreciated her taking the time to show me what I needed and how to change the dressing myself. Even though I spent quite a while with the doctor and nurse I was still only charged a standard appointment fee. Would recommend!

Amazing service as always! I’ve been going to this medical practice for over 4 years now, the staff and doctors always go above and beyond.
My usual doctor Peter Haron is the best on the Goldcoast. He is highly educated and has helped me more than any doctor ever has.
He’s a very good listener and is extremely understanding. If it wasn’t for his help and knowledge I don’t think I would have been able to achieve what I have today.
It’s unfortunate that I no longer live in Ashmore but I highly recommend him or Dr Fowler. They’re both great doctors and I’m so thankful for them

Excellent, efficient and friendly service from all of the staff. The nurses are wonderful and Doctor Prabali has been excellent and shown genuine interest in my health and medical needs.
I highly recommend this fantastic Practice.

Recently attended Ashmore City Medical Centre with a laceration near my eye. Did not have an appointment but was given immediate attention by the reception nurse and doctor. Cannot speak highly enough of this medical center

Receptionist who was there on the 24th of may treated my partner so poorly. Absolutely disgusting behaviour. I'd highly recommend reviewing your staff as their attitude towards patients is fowl and very un helpful. Will be calling to list a complaint also.

Worst medical centre I had been too. The receptionist was very incompetent at her job, as soon as a spoke to her she had hostilely in her voice whilst booking my appointment. I spoke to her in the morning ensuring I had done a RAT test that morning but she asked me quite rudely to do another test before I came in.
She also asked me about a concession card (which I asked her if she ment my Hcf or Medicare card and said yes to that)
When I arrived she demanded I pay for a mask and charged me $1, also finding out that’s she had given me the wrong information about the ‘concession card’ was swell.
It was very unwelcoming and a very unpleasant experience.

Thank you so much for all your help over the last 12months. From the ladies at the front to my doctor and physiotherapist. Such a great team!

Very poor service. Waited 40 minutes for nothing. They overbook appointments and the doctors are never on time. There are other better medical centres you should use. Blaming the patient and offering up lame excuses for incompetent service reflects their sub standard attitude.

My doctor there is great but the reception staff incompetent. 1st issue waited over 30mins then walked out, she had let someone have my booking. Now a referral has not been sent. Also charging $1 for face masks

Our oldest Daughter became unwell while on Holidays, accepted as as a walk in, saw to our Daughter very quickly with treatment and we we back to normal within a day or two.

We moved Mum here from another Ashmore medical centre and the service and support was so much better. Staff were friendly and showed real compassion toward their client's. Highly recommended.

Easy parking and never have to wait too long to see a doctor, plus the doctors are local and easy to talk to.

Steer well clear, these people are rude, unprofessional and rather disgusting. Do not trust them, be warned.

I’ve never been so disappointed, i have come here for over 10 years and unfortunately will not be attending this medical centre anymore. One of the older nurses needs to give up her job, not only has she given my niece (5 months old) the wrong vaccination but couldn’t even document my child’s vaccination properly into the system. Not only that but I will no longer be seeing Maria as our ‘family doctor’ after having my son I’ve experience back pain, hip pain and knee pain to the point where my back gets pins and needles, instead of referring me to get help she simply told me to stop picking up my child and if I wanted to pick him up to try sit on the ground or a chair and get him to come to me.he’s only just turned 1? ! A part from that, reception is lovely and so are the other nurses and doctors but the care has gone down hill.

Have been going here for a few years now. Always friendly and efficient. Great Doctors and switched on, warm and kind Receptionists.
