I feel this butcher is quite underrated. The price is quite reasonable (not too expensive but not too cheap). The quality is really good! I’ve tried a number of other butchers and for me they have the best quality for pretty decent prices. And every time I’ve been, the staff have been very kind.

Craig and his team are awesome! The meat here is great quality and the service is just as good. Been feeding my family week in, week out for many moons now and will continue to do so! Keep up the good work guys!

We've been keen to try this butcher for ages. It is worth pulling off Sandgate Road for! We had a couple of rib fillet steaks and some of their excellent thick pork and Texan chilli sausages. We were really happy with everything. The quality was excellent, as was the service. They have a really good selection from smallgoods through to whole pieces and individual steaks. The range of sausages is excellent.

My LBS shut up shop, so was desperately searching for a replacement. Came across Ashcroft Meats on a community Facebook page so decided to give them a go. It was old world charm the minute I walked through the doors. Great selection of traditional cuts and some stuff for the more adventurous. Bacon was smoked to perfection and crisps up a treat, no need to cut the rind off. Fussy kids loved the beef snags and so did the old man! The ground mince is not swimming in water when cooked but the highlight’s gotta be the steaks, who doesn’t love a good steak. You won’t be disappointed.

Wonderful staff, best sausages around, awesome ham, great meat, they stock roo rump and did I mention the staff! Just a great bunch of people. I always love a visit here, I know dinner will be amazing that night!

Went to this butcher for the first time last week the staff were extremely helpful. The meat we have eaten melts in your mouth. I will be back and recommend to everyone.

I go there regularly for all sorts of good quality cuts of meat and never disappointed. Keep up the good work guys, we need good butchers in our local areas. It's hard to pick a favourite but I do love your thick cut bacon rashers.

Great old-school Butcher Shop with friendly service, great prices & top-quality meats! They have gluten-free products available & if you're after something in particular that's not in their display cabinet - just ask them! Nothing is a problem for these guys I love the smell of the on-site smokehouse when you walk in.

Best Bacon in Brisbane, actually tastes like real smokey bacon. Smoked on premises I can't get enough of it.

Top little butcher shop that delivers on every purchase. Never had a complaint with the products and services. They will even vacuum pack your order if you are stocking up for a fishing trip.

Wonderful meat, gammon to order, and bacon from the piggy heavens. All this and really nice people too.

What a quality butcher shop. Great meat well presented. You can place an order to collect later or just front the shop and enjoy the banter as you buy your meat.
They do great Christmas hams and always have fantastic sliced ham off the bone all year round.
