Just had lipo done with Dr. Chen. He’s very helpful and very professional. The team is also very friendly and welcoming. They have kept in touch for reminders leading up to the surgery. Overall was 10/10! Will definitely recommend this if you’re thinking of getting lipo done.

Everything was perfect from first consultation until now (7 days post op laser liposuction). So happy with results and the team. Biggest thank you for amazing Dr James Chen. Highly recommend this clinic.

Dr Chen is, hands-down, the nicest doctor I've ever met. So approachable and friendly, which made me feel totally at ease. All of the staff were also incredibly welcoming and lovely. Compared to other places, their prices are great. They are professional and make the process from start to finish a wonderful experience. It's been about four weeks since the surgery and I'm extremely happy with the results.

I am now 6 weeks post Laser Liposuction to my upper and lower abdomen and waistline. I am in my late 50's so something that took a lot of consideration. The whole procedure has been amazing! Dr Chen and all the clinical staff and Nurses were/are truly wonderful. From the initial consultation, the information and lead up to the procedure, the procedure and aftercare has been a wonderful experience. Dr Chen is so professional with a kind and considerate bedside manner. I have cruised thru the recovery from the moment I stepped off the surgical bed. The whole experience was just awesome and I am delighted with the results. Im still healing with greater results yet to be achieved. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr Chen and his clinic. If you have any body concerns chat to Dr Chen for honest and realistic options.

I had liposuction of upper and lower abdomen and flanks. And result is amazing! All stuff was super, explained to me everything what i should do or not. Dr Chen did fantastic job with my transformation body. All my fat is gone ;) i am sooo happy, this is motivation for me to change my life (bad habits and what i eat). I am still under impression how better i am look now. Highly recommending!

I am writing this review to sing the praises of Ashbury Cosmetics,
Dr Chen and his Nurses are amazing. I started off having Botox
then fillers to give me cheek elevation, loved the softness it created.
With Dr Chens suggestion I decided on having Erbium Laser Resurfacing.
It was the best thing I have ever done. My skin looks amazing. My wrinkles have gone and my skin has tightened especially around my mouth and chin also it has totally removed any Pigmentation and Sun damaged areas. The staff are absolutely lovely, each and everyone have made me feel as if I am the only patient.

I had used various clinics for botox, fillers and laser work over the last 5 years – Dr Chen and his Ashbury team are the best in all regards. They are not the least expensive but they provide excellent results at a reasonable cost. I decided to see Dr Chen for botox and laser treatment for pigmentation, after I noticed the amazing results on a girlfriend. I felt at ease with Dr Chen at my first consultation with him. He was very personable, patient and listened to my concerns without being pushy about suggesting treatments that I would need. What set him apart from the previous doctors I had seen was he really cares about my face looking natural and not overdone more than he cares about how much I am willing to spend. I had laser skin treatment to remove pigmentation on my nose area and especially on the right side of my face due to constant exposure to the sun whilst driving. Dr Chen was particular with the safety and working order of the machine as I observed that he checked the laser probe and also the dials were set up correctly before we started. Prior to the treatment, I had a numbing cream applied to my face. Dr Chen ensured that the area was properly numbed before he commenced treatment with the laser. There was no pain during treatment with the exception of a slight discomfort around the nose area. Throughout the treatment, he was always making sure that I was comfortable.
Dr Chen was gentle and reassuring with my botox injections. He was honest to inform me prior to the injections that some areas of injection would be more sensitive than others and that prepared me mentally for what to expect. However, the pain was minimal and discomfort was only short lived as it is small price to pay to a smoother appearance afterwards!
I have been seeing Dr Chen for a couple of years now and will be continuing to do for my botox top ups and maintenance of my pigmentation removal with laser treatments as I Iove the results so much. Thank you, Dr Chen for taking such great care of me. Your service is much appreciated!

I really can't even rate this place because I have attempted to go there twice to purchase products and it's been closed both times - make sure you call before you go as the hours they have posted here for the GC clinic on Ashmore aren't correct.
