Ascent Psychology - Counselling and Psychological Services

I have seen Francisco for 10 weeks. He let me feel free to talk about anything at all, and I got lots of things off my chest which had been doing me harm. He also helped with useful thinking strategies, so that I'm not feeling bad and blaming myself all the time. Francisco is a gentle doctor and teacher, and I will remain most grateful.

In the 3 months Francisco has been treating me, I have transformed considerably. I continue to see him on a less frequent basis now but I am very thankful for him in helping me to understand my insecurities, feelings and thought patterns. I will continue to work on myself but I know I also have Francisco as a back up. Thank you Francisco!

Francisco has demonstrated a lot of support and helped me work through to understand myself on a deeper level. We all have our own struggles in life, some worse than others but he never makes you feel like yours are not important. He has guided me through realising the person I am and who I aspire to be. As he always says, it’s a very slow process but each day i am growing into the person I want to be and for him I am thankful.

Francisco is a gentleman who helps people realise that there is more to the story and you are not the one at fault. He is very easy going and helped me become the person that I am today. He has allowed me to be exactly who I am, completely free of judgement. In every session I am so very grateful as to his level of care and understanding to me as an individual. Especially in the times that are very confronting and hard, I know progress is being made and I feel supported by him. Francisco has helped me to see that human issues are just issues, and we all have the ability and strength to work on them to be who we want to be and to kick our own goals, not anyone elses or goals that others expect of us.

I met Francisco in a very difficult time of my life. After my sessions with him I can see things more objectively and I really want to give a new focus to the way I see things in life. Closing wounds from my past can make my present and future brighter. I was able to see the things better thanks to his help. Francisco is a very professional individual who really cares about me, so I am pretty sure he will take care of everyone in the same way. His practice is located in a very handy location with car parks and shops around and easy access to public transport.

When visiting for the first time you can expect to be heard and receive a treatment plan suggestion. Francisco is really professional and will take in consideration any limitations you may have.

I am a frequent patient at the practice and I have to say that I truly look forward to every appointment. I have grown significantly (at my own pace) and he will be happy to help you too.

The space is welcoming, it has great lighting and provides a calm and private environment for every patient.

The location provides limited parking in the streets but shops around are a good option if you are driving.

Plus: For me, it has been really helpful to know that Francisco speaks Spanish as well. This has allowed me to speak freely without having to translate my feelings.
