AS Colour West End Store

Mitch is super helpful! When they didn't have what I wanted he ordered it online for me to be express posted, highly recommend. Good selection of quality clothes at a good price also.

Mitch and the entire team at ASColour have always gone above & beyond in the help they provide at the store. Whether it's going out of their way to get an order delivered in time or making sure the product I need is quickly back in stock, the customer service is next level. All of that on top of high quality basics that I wear nearly every day, it's a win all around.:)

I made a call to inquire about a product and Mitch was super helpful. I ended up doing an order over the phone as some of the stock wasn't available in that store. Mitch sorted it all out and included free shipping. Excellent customer service.

Was told "We don't really have a culture of giving refunds".

Purchased a white tee shirt for around $30 for an overseas trip, but it had black marks caused by thermal printing from the receipt, which the attendant folded into the shirt when placed in the bag. Tried to exchange the faulty shirt, but the store had no more in stock, and they would only offer store credit. Despite being faulty and never worn, the manager refused to refund the money. Had to drive all the way to the Chermside store to find a replacement.

Although the store admitted their mistake by accepting the return of the stained shirt, they failed to comply with Australian Consumer Law and refused to issue a refund. This has left us really disappointed and frustrated with AS Colour, and we will not be buying from them again. It's frustrating that they have lost two customers over such a small thing.

What a shopping experience! I always leave this store feeling better than when I came in. The team, and T-Bone in particular:), are energising. Nothing is too hard and they make sure you are completely comfortable with your purchase. This is how retail should be.

I recently went into the West End store and had such an amazing experience! The staff were so welcoming and offered in-depth knowledge into the products I was interested in, as well as the history of the brand, their manufacturing and production. They were really open to what I was after and helped me find beautiful staple items, without being pushy or persistently upselling. I really appreciate the time they took to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase and loved the energy of the place - all the staff were so friendly and sweet)

The AS Colour West End staff are SO helpful and friendly! I have a disability and so I can't come into the store. They helped me pick appropriate sizes over the phone and sent it directly to my house with no delivery charge. Also, the quality of the clothes is very high. Thank you again!

Madison and Tyson were absolutely fantastic! They helped me and my friends out with picking clothes, were very accommodating, and even made us a list of popular restaurants to visit afterwards. 11/10 would shop here again!

Went in today looking for some basics and ended up going back multiple times as the staff were super duper friendly! Helped us find our way around west end and overall created such a great experience for my friend and i.
Hope to go back soon as the clothes are amazing quality. Definitely recommend popping in and having a look around and a chat to the guys instore!
