Had my first session of Aerial Yoga this morning and absolutely loved it! Josie talked us through step by step and made sure we felt safe and in control. It was a great experience and I can't wait to continue this journey.

A great place to learn and practice yoga as a beginner. All the instructors that I’ve moved with have been amazing in the way they explain and move us through our practice.

The wide balcony at Arise Yoga welcomes you with plants, incense and now thanks to COVID, hand sanitiser! Inside, the space is calming, serene and mapped out so you know where to put your mat down (if you're new to yoga and don't have a mat there are ones you can borrow - all props are sprayed down after each class).
All of the teachers are SO good! They offer gentle guidance and encouragement to try what's right for you, show varied poses and come round and offer support if you're struggling with a pose.
Arise Yoga offers Vinyasa, Yin, Hatha, Aerial and Restorative Workshops, Mat Pilates and Zen Cycle and cater to all levels - try a class, your mind, body and soul will thank you for it!

What a gorgeous teacher - love this yoga studio. I was a tad nervous going as a first timer however was promptly made to feel at ease. The groups are always so friendly - love my singlet thanks heaps (pic in mirror so is backwards lol) see you at this weeks classes.
