I recently purchased a Second Hand Aqua Pulse Lorne Deluxe Spa, unfortunately it did not come with a manual and we were unsure as to what exact model it was at the time. I contacted Aqua Pulse on the off chance they may be able to help. WELL WOW, within 10 minutes Cody had replied to my Insta message, he had the exact model and sent through the User Manual etc. What amazing old fashioned service. I will certainly recommend this company and the spa is amazing too. Good to see good old fashion values and service still exists. Thank you Cody and Aqua Pulse Spas.

We have leaks in the spa through pumps and the controller for the waterfall, on previous attempts to call you I was told how to fix it, maybe you would like to call past and fix things yourself, poor service and not happy for the money we paid

I cannot recommend these guys highly enough. Their aftersales service is fantastic and I live in Victoria. They are very helpful and easy to deal with. Don't buy a spa from anyone else.

Have had our spa for a couple of months and the after sale service is excellent. Lots of great advice and tips based on use. Would happily go back for a second spa

Bought a Torquay Spa from Aqua Pulse Spa, absolutely fantastic spa and the staff are unbelievably helpful. I had delays with my House Building and the team at Aqua Pulse were completely fine. The assistance is excellent from Michael, Jessica and the team and so pleased with the Spa. Plus the best price around, definitely will continue to use them.

Great service, the two young men that worked the day I went in were outstanding, Hayden was friendly, knowledgeable, and not pushy, the price point is unbeatable too.
I'm not the most technically minded guy and after installation had some questions, the technical hotline was just as good, talked me through my issues easily and fast.

We live in Cairns and purchased a Lorne Deluxe spa recently from Aqua Pulse Spas. Stock options were great, sales service was excellent. Importantly, door to door delivery options were very important to us. I didn’t want to have to organise a pickup from a depot. From the start the team were extremely helpful, assisted with pricing for door to door delivery. We saved $1000’s and have a quality product. The spa was picked up from Yatala on the Monday and was delivered to our house 1600 km away 2 days later. The company who delivered were amazing, assisting my wife (because I wasn’t home) and some friends to place it in position, unwrap and even give great advice on how to get it up and running. If your looking, I suggest checking these guys out.

We had a fantastic experience after being recommend to the team by a few people. Advice on choosing the spa was great and the price is extremely competitive. Organising delivery was easy and simple, and the team have provided great support and advice with the management of the spa. Very professional company and we would recommend them!
