Frank is absolutely one of the top bike mechanics in all of Brisbane, and because it's his own shop you're always getting his attention.

Frank will treat your bike like it's his own, and his attention to detail and pride in his work is amazing. I've never had my bike come back anything less than perfect.

I’ve been meaning to share this review for a while. I take my Orbea to Frank whenever it needs a service or work. He knows bikes inside out is genuine in his approach and happy to spend the time to help you understand. I trust him with my bike and have no issue recommending him to others. Above all Frank is friendly and always makes you feel welcome. Thanks Frank!

Frank loves bikes. He does a lot of research, tests various ideas and parts and has extensive experience on best practice. Expensive bikes are complicated and it is easy to ask AQ Bike for advice.

Refused to straighten front wheel because the bike is an ebike? Even acknowledged the wheel is no different to a normal mountain bike.

I bought a bike and start riding without a proper bike fit. It hurts my knee. Then I had Frank did the bike fit for me with a reasonable price. It is magic, after few weeks rest, I can ride more without any issues.
I am amazed by his bike knowledge.

AQ bikes went there to get a new back tyre cheap compared to others which the best price. Good customer service friendly even changed my back wheel for a small price as well ya I'll go back and not far to travel from were I live.

I called ahead from interstate having ended up in a bind for parts for Track Nationals, and I was given more help than ever expected and Frank is highly recommended, knowledgeable and a great bloke.

Needed a new chain, cranks, chainwheel, chainwheel, estimated cost of $310 but came in at $295. It was ready within an hour of the parts arriving, which took 2 days. Friendly staff, very good and knowledgeable service guy. 1 month guarantee on the labor.

I took my road bike to Frank for a bike fit and could not be happier. Frank does bike fits before the shop opens which means that you get his full attention. He was very knowledgeable and lovely to work with. The end result is that I am so much happier on my bike. And the cost was much less than other specialist fitters. This is my new bike shop. I'll be back for servicing and for my next bike. Couldn't recommend them more highly.

I went in to AQ Bike to ask if they can check my son's bicycle and all it needed was to have the air pumped in the tyres. Although AQ Bike does not deal with kids bikes, they were kind enough to check the bike and pump up the air, all Complimentary. Thank you Team AQ

Really expensive. Wouldnt recommend if looking low - medium range product's. They also didn't even give me the correct bearings for my bike, even after i was assured that they were for the bike that i brought in. Not impressed.

Can i have one of your technicians installing the replacement bearings minus the - $50 installation fee, I just need bearings in my bike and need to know that there the correct bearings.

Took my old bike here for a service and Frank did an awesome job. So good in fact, I decided to buy my new bike here too. Couldn't be happier with my new bike and the after sales service. Thanks Frank!

Frank is knowledgeable, professional, and above all else friendly. He rebuilt my rear Zipp 808 and sent my front wheel to Melbourne under recall. It was all finalised within a week with no hassles.

Frank is really honest and helpful with the second-hand bike i bought. Gave me good useful advise and excellent service. Awesome mechanic work for a reasonable price! Won't be shy to advertise for sure!

Frank striped and installed a new groupset on my trusty old bike. Did a great job and I am now back enjoying riding again after 3 years. Honest and no BS kind of guy. Highly recommended.

Although great service I put my bike in for a service. Although gear adjustment had some issues I emailed him and he was more than happy to fix it no extra cost. Great service.

I recently purchased the Cannondale CAAD12 105 from AQ Bike. I had the opportunity to try before you buy and it worked out really well. Frank took the time to educate me on what I'm getting and being a novice there's only so many reference points you can absorb until you actually try the bike. I took the bike out to the recreational ride on the Tour de Brisbane 45Km ride (including Mt Coo-tha) and I must say it performed very well and above expectation in line with Frank's advice.
