Absolutely disgusting service here. My wife's new phone died whilst on holidays. I was assured a new one would arrive by the time I left. A week and a half later no new phone. They also made my wife hand back the loan phone and had to drive 10 hours back to Sydney with no phone.

Be prepared for the worst service of any Apple Store in the world and I have been to many from 5th Avenue to Shanghai, London to Vienna, Robina to Adelaide (one of the best in the world). Entitled, arrogant and just outright rude - Apple need to fire every person at the Robina Store and start again - the barrel is rotten to its core - clearly a malignant leadership problem! Unfortunately our business is comitted to the Apple eco-system but Robina wont get another single sale from us. They are disgusting!

Matt and Dana are awesome! I came in here on Sunday afternoon for an appointment with specialist Matt (aka the fountain of Apple knowledge) and he helped me so much with everything I asked about; laptop, Mac, iPads and iPhones. Dana (aka the Apple shopping guru) kindly helped me choose my phone, a case and changing of my data plan. Great staff, great knowledge, great service. Up there with one of the best shopping experiences I’ve had. Thanks guys

My compliments to these two employees: Vítor and Laura. I was in really stresful days with no time and rushing.as I was taking vacations in two days and needed the phone for pics. VÍTOR did everything to ensure I could get the phone before closing (as I finish work not long before they close) he was max speed and multitasking.
Phone gave me issues.with the conector warning of liquid.
LAURA went above and beyond to say the least when I went back to store on the last moment again and last day I had (not to go holidays without phone).
And she made it possible!

WARNING - DONT BUY ️

Had one of the worst customer service ever experienced. Came to collect my MacBook and the staff was very rude. Asked about student promotion free earpod and he said it was not under promotion at the moment. Which was understandable. He then said this macbook is already on student discount and you might want to try JBhifi for discounted products.

I left the store teary and embarrassed. Never going back again.

The female staff behaved very rudely to other community. We bough a new phone and went there for pickup and female staff who check in for us she was very rude. No smile nothing no gesture she just scanned the barcode for pickup and said we have to wait there. She was behaving very rude. I dont know why some australians have problem with another community.

The staff are well trained and really patient and friendly. Went in to get my iphone 14 pro max repaired and they explained everything well, I dropped it in evening and it was done next day morning. Helped me get a good new case as well and let me use the mac to find the one i liked.

We were in the Apple Robina Store today and was served by Lillie who was so awesome. Best experience I've ever had in Apple Store. Thanks so much for being so helpful and resolving our issue. Dean and I are very happy.

I’ve tried phoning this store at Robina 3 times and have had the phone ring and hang up each time. I will not be doing business here. Amazing for such high tech business can’t even answer the phone. Totally useless!

Friendly and helpful. Fixed the problem by calling the tech support to save a two hour wait in store suggested by the assistant

Really unorganized. Called me back a second time to get another opinion on my laptop said they would send it away for further investigation. Went back in there only to tell me it was my fault and there's nothing they could do. They also said I could use my laptop via another output screen or tv if I still wanted to use it. And it's only 3 years old. Well I tried plugging it in through HDMI and the thing doesn't work it's what I said it was in the first place more then just a screen problem. Absolute knobs.

Just did an initial photography course with Art. Have dealt with him in many capacities at this store over several years. He is an absolute legend. Such depth of knowledge but clear explanation. The Thnx again Art.

Made a booking online came to the store 1 hour early and was told that they could not fix my phone there was not enough time, 5 hours before the store closed. Why was I not informed or even allowed to make the booking if it wasn’t possible

Real annoyed people still support this company. Apple is producing bad quality products assembled by Chinese sweatshops in Zhengzhou. There all about the design and the and fail on the engineering. Apple is about quantity and not quality there products are not built to last your lucky if you get a couple to a few years out of them if you go back for a repair they want to deny its there fault or a defect in the product. Then they try to up sell you instead of fixing the issue giving you a ridiculously high repair price then telling you your better off just paying for a new one. There 1 year manufacture warranty is a joke. You pay for a high end product you expect it to last more then two to three years. EVEN AUSTRALIAN CONSUMERS WARRANTY support your high end products should last and be repaired. Apple will try and deny you this. WAKE UP PEOPLE stop supporting APPLE.

This has happened twice now. You apparently need an appointment to get a screen protector for your phone but don’t need one to buy a new phone! Should just tell people we only serve you if you’re going to buy something big. Very rude and unhelpful staff. Would not recommend

VERY DISAPPOINTED.
First appointment had great service from the team member and I was asked to return once my iCloud back up had finished so the phone could be replaced.
Return the following day and the staff member was rude. Completely contradicts the team member from the previous day and now wants to repair. She can see that I’m sitting in pain with a broken foot waiting patiently. I explain that this is the second time I’ve had to have someone drive me 40 minutes to the store and that person cannot wait two hours for this.
So she says that’s not her problem and I should book another appointment.

Hopefully you’ll learn how to be kind and offer better customer service in 2023.

First place I’ve ever been told to make an appointment and come back in an hour and a half to buy something. Walked down to JB Hi-Fi, got all the help in the world and 10% off
