After a stressful couple of days not knowing how to fix the phone, seeing Vodafone who couldn't help, we called Apple Store Carindale and spoke to Brett. What a champ. He was polite and funny, and thorough and the phone was fixed! Thanks Brett!
Got told to call back 3 times as they couldn’t let me know a phone if it was in stock or not! Attitude from all 3 on the phone. Go to chermside Apple way better service
Disgusting customer service. We came to change our cases that were worn in 3 months time and they told us that they wouldn’t change it. One has lost all its colour and the other one is ripped on the sides. The transparent one turned yellow and that is not covered either under the warranty apparently
Their system only goes up to « 90 days » for receipts so anything else that happens before that is basically not covered if you cannot find your paper receipt.
They also had a lot of attitude for the simplest case exchange that is a product defect. If you want to buy anything here, KEEP RECEIPTS.
I'm not a apple user at all. I Was shopping for my wife. But I will admit this store was on point. Shout out to prax, he was super helpful.
Crowded, chaotic and somewhere you go only if you have to! Did I get the help that I needed? Yes! Did I enjoy my shopping experience? Nope!

Always really busy store especially on a Saturday before xmas but they had more than enough staff to make the experience a pleasant smooth one
I was on hold for 1 hour and 5 minutes, transferred to 4 different people. During the call I asked if we were disconnected could they call me back and they said yes. I was cut off and no return call. I called again only to be told they wouldn’t deal with the call volume.
All I wanted to do is purchase 3 items online and pay. Unbelievable!
Went in store last night because my AirPods pro weren't working properly. My AirPods were tested in store to see what the issue was. Walked away with a new set of AirPods that work perfectly, all covered under warranty.
The girl who served me was also extremely friendly!

Went to Apple Carindale store on Sunday 21/11 to see about purchasing a new apple watch.
After 5 seeing / speaking with 5 different staff/team members and 45mins of waiting around in the store, the 5th and final staff/team member advised that they didn't have any stock.
Waste of time and wont be going back to purchase any more products from this store.in the end - we walked out after being told they had no stock, called up JB-Hi Fi upstairs - asked if they had stock (no more than 5mins on the phone) - which they did, so went their instead.
I walked in to buy the iPhone 13. They served me immediately and answered my questions. Thank you to ‘Len’ who processed the sale for me. Great atmosphere there.
Refused any help as I have bought the phone from Harvey Norman and refused to let me in, O well just when I thought Apple customer service is better than.at least definitely not in this store. I guess

Go to another Apple store, more interested in selling products than actually fixing a hardware/software issue (they couldn't tell nor would they replace it) on a three week old brand new Iphone
Seems like they’ve scaled down their COVID response to what you’d expect in Australia. As usual customer service is pretty good. Downside is that apple design their products to be ridiculously expensive to repair in order to force you to upgrade and purchase Apple care

Picked up my new phone today at Apple Carindale. The online sales transaction was a breeze. Booked in to their Covid pick up window. Arrived on time. Was asked check-in questions irrelevant to my reason for attending. Staff member was untrained in customer service. Non existent service, no assistance with new product set-up, could not answer basic product questions. Worst product delivery ever. Fobbed off and dissed by the sales staff member when I asked to speak to a tech. Someone with at least knowledge of the product that I’d just purchased other than colours that I could see with my own eyes. Useless is an understatement.
Never going back to Apple CARINDALE again. Apple CHERMSIDE are soooooooo much better. Helpful staff, give great advice, spend time answering questions, assist with product set up.
