Just want to say that the staff members are very welcoming and friendly,
And that the products that they sell is the very best of quality, my 2nd time back and it won't be the last.

Came in for the meals in the restaurant bit.
Ordered a rump, steak sandwich and pork roll.
Customer service was amazing by sally and chef Ashby really listen and cooked the the most amazing juicy steak. Definitely will be back thank you guys

I had both a sandwich and a hamburger, but I recommend the hamburger over the sandwich.
The meat was tough, but the hamburger bread and patty were delicious.

Seriously yum! I love this place. The staff are so friendly. Don't be deterred by the lineup, it moves quickly and their food prep system is fast. The most I've waiting for an order is 10minutes. It's so worth it.

I'm a regular customer and have been for 5+ years. Their meat is awesome and great value. I just had one of their lamb and pumpkin pies for lunch AND OMG! It was gorgeousness. Whenever I'm at Indro I always stop in for chips and gravy at their eatery. Top notch.

After shopping mum was hungry, I knew she loved steak so I took her here. The staff worked really well concerning it was busy lunch hour. We had the rump steak specials, roast roll and half chicken chip.
All beautiful presented but the most tastiest is the roast roll for $12.
The rump n chicken was dry.
They use good quality chips so I will be back to try other specials on the menu.

The first time we asked for crackling with the pork roll we were assured by the person taking the order but it came without. On returning, some was given to us. It seems that the order taker will promise anything but the food preparer doesn’t get the message.
Today my wife asked if she could buy some crackling as a surprise for me and was told that she’d have to have a few slices of pork as well. No crackling at all and the 4 or 5 slices of pork cost $12.
The food is good but ripping off customers isn’t great for business.
Never again.

Absolutely love this place! Amazing burgers and chips w/ gravy, service is quick, staff are friendly, the food is amazing quality and is great value for money! If you haven’t been here you’re missing out.

I only eat meat about once or twice a year, but the ribs on display caught my eye. They were covered in lashings of yummy thick sauce, so I ordered two. I eagerly opened the box to find one rib, and two tiny half-ribs. But something was wrong. They had zero sauce on them - nada. Zero; just the faintest trace. To say I was gutted is an understatement. I ate the large rib, but couldn't eat the others because they were bland and unseasoned.
I'm not sure where my ribs came from, but when I checked the display afterwards, it was untouched - all those lovely ribs covered in sauce were still there. Maybe they're there just for false advertising? At $4 for a SINGLE rib, one would at least expect the sauce!
I'll never know, because I won't be back. I just regret not taking a photo.

Top quality meat and sausages. The Italian sausages with fennel are delicious. The marbling and quality of the wagyu steak is exceptional. The Angus rib fillets are tender, juicy, and flavourful.

Coming here often, great food for good price. The food comes out very quick even though the place is soo busy all the time. I feel for the chefs, they are doing their best and anyone who complains or give a bad review, you should be ashamed. Try to work there and then judge.

The steak here is perfectly cooked and the meat is very fresh. I highly recommend this one which has now become one of my favourite spots.

Me and the misses popped in late night Thursday. Stake was cooked perfectly as always and the misses got a roast pork meal. She told me at least 5 times it was the best meal she has ever had in her life. Shows my cooking isn't up to standard. But how can u compete with the legend on the grill. Keep up the great work

Our go to place when in Indroo Shopping Center. Fairly priced steaks, burgers, pies, and more. My personal fave is the jalapeno sausage roll. Staff are very friendly as well.

Great team of friendly people. My go to place for great Jerky. Good selection of meets too.

My first experience of this reportedly great butcher (based on other reviews) was not good. We purchased some pre-packed crumbed chicken for the nightly meal, but could not eat it. It was just compressed off-cuts. Not nice, and most annoyingly ended-up throwing it out. I did note that the packaging just said chicken, and not chicken breast, so we got what the packaging said: (

Great busy little spot associated with the butcher with a testy menu and super friendly service! Flavour packed burger with really good chips and great steak! Would recommend & will definitely go back

Hands down the best pie I've ever eaten. And everything else looked great too. Glad I found this place. I'll never eat in that food court again.

Very delicious pies and burgers, with generous amounts of meat. It's not a restaurant and in a middle of a shopping centre, but there are some seats and tables for you to dine in if you do not want to take away.
