Alessia was instrumental in helping us pick a flooring type that suits our space and budget. She also assisted in selecting a color that complements our living room floor beautifully.

My new plush carpet looks superb and I am so happy with it! Alessia went above and beyond to ensure I found a carpet to suit my price and circumstances. She understood what I actually needed better than I did!

From product knowledge, through to final installation and inspection, she was on top of it all.
Mine was a tricky job, which involved Body Corporate approval, very uneven floor bed, and installing hard floor to replace carpet -
Alessia recommended Liam from Turner Installs to do the installation, which, of course, she totally organized - another outstanding outcome, with such a pleasant team of 2 guys who did a perfect job! Thank you! Didn't have to do a thing!
Cannot recommend these people highly enough, and have already told another resident in my Unit Block to call Alessia as she is thinking of doing her floors!

We had a great experience with this store. Was not straight forward as it was part insurance claim. The consultant Erica was very friendly, and helpful. She organized a suitable quote for the insurance company and ourselves. The carpet layer Aita was on time and very obliging and helpful and we were very happy with whole experience. Andersen's installer Pavel recently laid some flooring in our apartment that we are renovating. What a guy! His professionalism, attention to detail, and customer service was second to none. We are absolutely thrilled with the job he did. I'd give ten stars if I could!

I contacted Matt from Anderson's to have carpet laid at my home and let me just tell you SERVICE SERVICE SERVICE.

I had a response and quote straight away and from approval of the quote the carpet was then installed within a week.

The carpet installer was a lovely guy called Niko (I believe). He was one of the most professional and nicest trades persons I have ever met. He was efficient and walked us through what he was doing.

I would 100% recommend the guys at Anderson Stafford for all your flooring needs.

Probably the worst customer service I have ever received.

Wish I went with choices flooring down the road.

We recently again used Andersen’s Carpets, Stafford to supply and install new carpets and luxury vinyl flooring to our new home in Everton Park.
I contacted Greg Comino at that time to discuss our requirements and also to seek his valued suggestions/advice, including a price for the whole job.
We had a great time dealing with Greg, we found him to be truly honest, genuine like a long lost friend who just wanted to help us.
Unfortunately I cannot say the same about the builders of our new home, as they delayed the build for almost 18 months.
At all times I kept Greg informed about our delays, he was very understanding and sympathetic to our plight, and continued to hold our carpets and vinyl flooring until we were ready.
Greg also introduced us to Matt the new owner who too was very obliging and wanted to assist us every which way.
As soon as we received the handover from the builder which was a few weeks ago, I contacted Greg to organise the installation of our carpets and vinyl flooring.
Even though Andersen’s were very busy especially at this time of the year, Greg helped organise their team to carry out the installation.
This was completed a few weeks ago, the installation team did a great job, however Greg still wanted to come around and inspect the job for himself.
Our sincere thanks to Greg, Matt and the TEAM at Andersen’s in Stafford, we certainly will recommend you to all our family and friends.

I recently had the joy of dealing with Erica from Andersens Stafford and her team ZNZ Flooring to lay my new parquetry floor. The team were totally professional in every way caring of my needs also as a customer anxious for a good result. The floor is stunning - these tradesmen really know they’re work. I recommend Andersens to anyone looking for attention to detail and creativity - something apart from the usual.

Went in needing carpet quickly and it had to be laid within the week. Served by Jeff who couldn't have been more helpful. He went out of his way to address our urgent needs. He advised as long as they have the carpet currently in store, he could meet our time frames. So we trotted out the back, found what we were looking for and done deal. Carpet was put in on time and the communication was brilliant. Very impressed by the customer service I received. Thanks Jeff.

We dropped in to check out the Stafford Andersens and spoke to Erica. We felt absolutely no pressure whatsoever and she was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Spent time sourcing a carpet to fit the style and colour for my interiors with the amazing and patient Erica at the Stafford store. Erica went well beyond my expectations to source the perfect carpet for my house. Then came in Len from the organising who was patient and most accommodating. Not to leave it there next came the awesome team of Lex and Gokul who fitted the carpet on the day chosen. As a busy professional I was relieved to have such service minded people take the hard work out of the issue. Thank you all most sincerely. It has been most professional from start to finish.

Andersen’s recently installed wooden flooring in our home and although the finished product is great – it was a very stressful process overall. Issues we encountered:
• Andersen’s weren’t sure where the product was at the start of the project i.e. In transit, in one of the warehouses somewhere, which meant that the start date was uncertain right up until the last minute; even when the job then commenced the installer wasn’t sure when he was going to get the product in time.
• We had paid for the existing flooring to be removed as part of the job. However, the installers did not put up any sort of dust barrier, so as they began using jack hammers to take up the tiles our walls, windows, furniture etc.throughout the house were covered in dirt and dust.
• The communication between the sales team and the installers was poor. For example, the installers weren’t sure about executing parts of the jobs that has been quoted i.e. Our stairs. As a result, we made the decision to take the stairs out of scope as we were not confident we would get a good result.
• I came home from work to find the installers smoking in my house and that they had discarded their cigarette butts by throwing them into my garden.

Andersen’s were responsive when we raised these issues and went on to help us out by sending a team to trim and re-tuck some carpet (which was an additional job) but even then the carpet team turned up twice without the right tools to do the job. Given our experience I wouldn’t recommend Andersens Stafford. It took two full days of cleaning once the job was finished to remove all the dust, grit and grime from our windows, walls, curtains, and furniture. Although we are happy with the product the experience itself didn’t meet our expectations.
