Easy and professional to deal with. The team were very pleasant and tidied up after themselves which is much appreciated thanks guys. Was also very understanding of our pup and children so much patience!

Andersens Helensvale installed carpet in my home approx 14 months ago. There was a very noticeable join in a room that shouldn’t have had any joins at all. I contacted Jimmy the day after to advise him and was told the join would settle in 6 weeks. It didn’t settle and on inspection I was told it needed to be replaced. I contacted the company many times in the last 14 months to get the carpet replaced but I’ve had constant calls not returned and zero communication. I’ve made multiple calls to head office which sorted the issue and carpet was to be installed at 7am today. It’s now 10: 30am no one has turned up and I’ve had zero contact again. I’ve been in contact with Helensvale store who said I should’ve called them like it was a me problem. Jimmy is the rudest owner/manager with no customer skills that I’ve ever dealt with. I wouldn’t recommend Helensvale store if you value quality, warranty or after an easy stress free process.

Great service and selection support, very happy with our vinyl planks. Jasper who laid our flooring was fantastic, a great communicator and attention to detail.

I was tasked with the job of finding a company to do the fit out of a new business venue set up and was blown away by the service, attention to detail and care when dealing with the team at Andersons. What a difference Andersen's Helensvale has made to our humble home! My husband and I had a unique request for our storage mezzanine/guest loft and found the solution at Andersen's. Walking in, you instantly feel welcome. They don't oversell, were always honest, offering sound advice and worked within our budget/limitations. Also in luck, we had a quick turn around and within 3-4 days our flooring was installed! Wouldn't go anywhere else, these guys have become my go to in flooring.
