Anaconda West Burleigh

Ordered a dune generator last night with click and collect. Got email confirmation and they took payment through paypal. We drive 30 minutes to get there and the order was canceled while we were in line to collect. 6 days without power so this was a complete waste of time.

Very poor customer service and communication skills from all the staff and a very delayed response on warranty issues. I would most definitely not recommend this store as a place for purchasing expensive products as they do not have a replacement product policy and take a very long time in in responding to. I my experience was quite negative.

My partner went to buy a camp shower asked the employee if it had everything it needed, he said yes good to go. Maybe learn the products you sell? It needs gas? And won’t take a gas bottle. Was happy to pay for the things we needed at the time

I just bought some hiking boots and was served by easton, he was so kind to us and helped us save some money

Amazing customer service! Every time I go to the Anaconda at Stockland I’m always amazed by the service I receive, the employees are always lovely, helpful and go beyond to assist.

I went to the Burleigh store to buy a swag and got some awesome, friendly and knowledgeable assistance from Mark. He found me a great product at an even greater price and I ended up buying a heap of other stuff because they were so well stocked and had everything I needed. Highly recommend this store. Thanks to Mark for the excellent customer service

Unfortunately I have had nothing but hell with Burleigh anaconda. I much prefer to give props to shops but I cannot find a single positive for this store. I bought a fishing reel, not a cheapy, a $300 one. It was faulty, it took me 4 attempts (4 trips chinderah to Burleigh) to find someone at the fishing section to take the return. It's been nearly 3 months now, no phone calls, 3 attempts In person seeking answers and noone can help at all, anaconda used to be one of my favourite places to shop now I cringe every time I walk in

Worst shopping experience I have ever experienced. Had a warranty issue with a pair of hiking shoes took 6weeks no one called me back to update me had to physically drive back to the store to find out what was happening when a simple phone call would have sufficed. Do your self a favour and go elsewhere

Big selection but exceedingly poor quality customer service. I've dealt with rude staff every time I've visited.

Like a lot of these chain stores, this one is pretty useless. Virtually impossible to get assistance.

Although the young staff tried they’re best, it was a very disappointing experience.
Purchased a great bike via click & collect, also paying extra for a “bike technician” to put it together, received confirmation email then nothing. Tried calling the store after 7 days & would ring out, went to the store to first be told they new nothing about it but suddenly it was there if I just wanted to wait 20 mins…
Half hour later, bike gets wheeled out put together poorly with a few marks on the frame. Asked for it to be rebuilt by professional, picked up again a week later & bike build quality had improved slightly…

Large Anaconda store located at the Stockland Burleigh Heads shopping town.
Very well stocked with display items well spaced out, including large tents, tables, Bar BQ, refrigeration and more.
Gives you the ability to inspect at all angle and for items like chairs try them out.
Got what I was after at a good price.

Practices a functional Covid protocol and has a QR system in place. Wheel Chair friendly, public toilets onsite.

What a Great place for goods and fantastic service, joined to be a member for free and get great discount, thanks guys

A disappointing experience. Many items have no prices marked which is infuriating. I bought some bait prawns and the interior cashier asked if I wanted the receipt. I declined only to be stopped by the cashier at the exit who would not let me leave until I could show a receipt. A case of the head not knowing what the body is doing. The interior cashier could not be found and after a wait of 10 minutes I told them I would leave without my purchase. She decided to allow me to leave without so much of an apology. What a farce.

Store manager stopped to help us decide on a tràil pack and gave us a 15 minute in-service on how they work and what to look for. Great service.

Absolutely seamless return of a Garmin Chartplotter. Organised via garmin product support, had to return old unit and collect new unit from this store. Lovely, super helpful young lady, Chaz, on front desk knew all about it. Swapped over with no fuss. A seamless process made enjoyable with the helpful friendly Chaz!

Just started going to Anaconda because it was a bit closer. Poor customer service. Lack of knowledge by staff. Poor product quantity. Prices more expensive, even when on special. No response to feedback left on their website. Drive the extra couple of minutes to BCF.
