51Terrible experience from manager ryan who tried to intimidate & bully me, i tried to returned a pair of shoes that i had bought 5 mths earlier but had only just worn a week ago to find a shoe build/quality issue but manager refused to help me, saying it was my fault, & 28 days had elapsed, they were expensive merrels that ive owned before but this pair had a build quality issue, thankfully anaconda logan (my regular store) sorted it out, thanks michelle, the manager there, warning to anyone with returns to tingalpa the badly trained & aggressive ryan is there, go to logan store for a helping hand & prefessional help

They say this because there products are WAY overpriced. Google what you want BEFORE you bother yourself going in to the store. You WILL find it cheaper elsewhere. Staff members are dopey and dont even know their own "BEAT IT BY 10%" conditions. "you have to be a Club member" Lies - does not say that in your terms. " The competitors' retail premises.seeking the price match or be an Australian website" More lies, in person you claimed has to be a physical store. What a con!
Didn't buy anything, just looking for tent pole parts. Unfortunately. Great store has everything you might need for adventurous camping. Staff friendly and helpful.

No gas refills today. No sign. Queued for ages to find out at the desk, even though staff walked past, looked at the bottle I was holding and said nothing until I got to the front counter.
The layout is tight but functional. At my last visit there seemed to be a lot of new staff but that did not stop them from making my experience very enjoyable. Everybody was good-natured and helpful which obviously makes things easy. I found everything I wanted in under ten minutes which is a credit to everybody there.
This is just quick respond on my experience as a customer today at Brisbane Tingalpa Store!
Went to buy EcoFlow Delta Generator worth 2,399.00
Spoken to sales person and show him evidence of cheaper price on same item from website and their store is located in NSW and their price is $1,999.00.
I have asked about Anaconda Price Promise and beat by 10%. Sales person said Iam going out the back to grab the box and organise price for you and you will get it $200 cheaper after we applied match and beat 10% our promises. Next minut Manager with attitude comes along and started practically brushing customer off and didn't want to honor Anaconda Promises as stating on Anaconda website as follows.

Lots of items in store. They didn't have what i wanted in stock but was friendly and clean.
I have had OK service inside the store previously but I give them 0/10 for phone communication. I called the store twice today - on both occasions someone picked up the phone and put it straight down again without speaking. If they're busy, the least they could do is ask their callers to hold or offer to call back.
Turned up at 4: 10 only to be told “we don’t do gas refills after 4”!
No signage and the marquee was still up over the filling station.
So much for customer service
Went it today to buy some crocs and asked for additional sizes, employee snapped at me and just said look. He had short red hair and didn't wear his name tag. Thanks for the good experience

Asked a staff member where a item was located, showed him a picture of it on my phone and was told "if it isn, t in this area we havnt got it "even though on the website it said they had it in stock, went to another staff member who tracked it down.
There was no effort from the first staff member to even try and locate it all he could do was give an arrogant abrupt answer
Honestly the level of service and friendliness is outstanding. From the minute you walk in and are greeted. This review is from many many a time coming into this amazing store. Anaconda should be so proud of all staff at this store they are outstanding!
I was treated very badly at this store today. I took a camping gas bottle to be refilled. I suspected it may have a leak, and told the guy this who took it from me, and he said he would check it. They charged me for the fill, told me it was fine, but as I was driving away there was a strong smell of gas in the car. I took it back, and they then tested it and said it was leaking. They proceeded to accuse me of 'putting their team in danger' and that it was really poor of me. I explained that the first thing I said when I brought the bottle in was that I was not sure if it was ok, and could they test it. They just repeated that this was all my fault and refused to even refund me the money for the gas refill, and insisted on emptying all the gas in the car park. I am furious about this, and it is them who put me in danger by giving me a full, leaking gas bottle despite my expressing doubts about whether the bottle was ok before I filled it.
Worst experience! Overcrowded store with product everywhere, no staff on the floor to assist with exasperated customers trying to get help. When I approached a female staff member at the front of the store, I was referred to as "some chick" that needed help. At 15,35 or 50 you do not expect to be referred to as "some chick" whilst still standing in front of the staff member. Rude and disrespectful. Would rather spend extra at a rival store, will not be going back.
Outstanding Customer Service from both Richard and Jake. Both are always very friendly and helpfully and nothing is ever too much trouble, Thank you, you are the reason why I keep coming back to Anaconda.
Really poor customer service. Provided wrong information about stock availability. Waste a trip to the store.
