Located in the Harvey Norman home maker centre off Southpine Road Everton Hills. Geat access and parking. Wheelchair friendly access. On the ground floor. They have a customer reward program with heaps of club member discounts every week. They also have a delivery service in addition to click and collect

All my hiking gear from here has held up perfectly and staff always offer to help.
Love this place and always have plenty more stock compared to other stores.

Had an issue with an online order. Spoke to the customer service team who were very professional and sorted the issue out in a very timely matter.

Huge range of products, but was lacking in customer service, several team members walked past me but none offered assistance

Amazing range including price range, reliable online ordering and pickup, quality good enough.

Lack of management, queue spanded to over 20 person deep before additional person came to assist the two who were already serving at the registers.

Absolutely appalling customer service in relation to the return of a faulty (leaking) EvaKool esky purchased 5 days prior to return. Had to wait around while staff tested the esky for a leak and then got approval from the EvaKool (3rd party supplier) to replace the faulty esky!

Explanation from Management was that they were just following company process!

Obviously Anaconda does not trust their “valued customers. ” The product was reasonably priced but have never experienced such a pathetic returns policy/ process.

First time at this store with no welcome just racist employees tracking me down and being extremely rude just because of how i look. Wasn't even aloud to sit down and rest while trying on shoes. I felt uncomfortable and judged, so I exited the store but got stopped by 4 employees that demanded to check every pocket of my bag hoping to find something but stupidly realised there was not even a speck of dust. Very embarrassing and unprofessional DO NOT RECOMMEND EVERTON PARK ANACONDA

I'm raising this to two stars (barely) because my initial interaction with the gentleman at this store was extremely positive.

But after I left, placed an Afterpay order, and the store wouldn't accept proof of purchase as enough to collect my order, and demanded photo ID (21 days away according to dept.transport), they refused to allow me to collect because "the rules are the rules". So I'm now without a mattress, and the money that I've paid for it (first payment) for 72 hours.

You're an individual, think for yourself and understand circumstances. A receipt is enough to prove I've purchased the item. I shouldn't need to identify myself to purchase a mattress; I'm not buying a gun.

Even your customer support line said that the receipt should be enough to collect the item

If you don't have enough information about equipment you can't find anyone better Ashlee in this store, I high recommend Ashlee and appreciate her. Going to Everton park Anaconda and buy with confidence because Ashlee is there to help you.

Very disappointed! Brought two bikes with new talents and paid the extra to have them checked over. Service on this day was good, which you'd expect for a big sale. However, the next day we notice a bolt was loose on the frame of one bike. Hence, took it back and was told we could get a replacement, we'd have to wait until someone was available to fix it.

Have just walked very happily out of Anaconda with hiking boots and thermals. Our visit was made wonderful because of the excellent sales assistant Ashlee, who was kind, knowledgeable, fun and patient. Thank you Ashlee!

Just wanted to thank two of the staff at this store. Firstly to Rahul for the help in fishing gear section. Secondly, Betty at the registers, she is bright and cheerful, just all round pleasant.

Very unfriendly and incompetent employees on the returning and pay counter! Her name is Lisa. I would be happy to experience better trained and friendly staff on my next visit. This store is not recommended to visit.

Just want to say that the customer service at Everton Park has always been wonderful.a lovely guy called Craig helped with my gas bottle as I'm on crutches after knee replacement surgery. It's so wonderful when you don't have to ask for help, its just right there. Thanks again to another wonderful staff member who obviously loves his job and people.
