Amici House reviews
11The place is clean and tidy and the hall is great for all sorts of activities Cafe on site looks good too - woth friendly staff
After life threw a curved ball, Amici Place became our 1st experience of aged care services. Barry & the team facilitated seamless access to the social support group (Amici House). Professional, caring The team under Barry's amazing example, treat elders with dignity, respect, kindness and exceptional care. An excellent & valuable service to the community. Well done.
Love it. Delectable cafe food, prob mostly Italian. The walnut pastries remind me of Mum's Croatian pastries. Setting- lovely. Set back from busy Bracken Ridge Rd- there's traffic noise but doesn't even matter. Wish they had staff to open up on Saturday mornings. I can get there only rarely.
Great cafe. Perfect location. Lovely staff & home made selections of food
The classes they offer are exceptional Value as well
We visit the cafe regularly, often as part of a local church group. The customer service, quality of food and value is 5 star. This is really a special place with a lovely sheltered outdoor setting.
Great food and amenities
Barry was a great talker boss and nella a italian cook
Brava lasagne extrordinare
What a great Community center! My mum visited the center for the first time yesterday and she loved it! The center has so many activities to offer and at a very reasonable cost. She enjoyed having a coffee and a cannolo dessert at the café on the deck and she thought the staff at the center was very friendly and welcoming. She bought a lasagna to take home for dinner and she said it was the best lasagna she has ever had! She is planning in joining computer classes and possibly dancing classes. She is looking forward to return to Amici House.
What a lovely little cafe. The food was super delicious and so reasonable. Lunch, drinks and desserts for 2 for under $30
Barry was also kind enough to come to say hello and explain what the community centre does.
We will be back soon and also spread the word around
Love going to all the activities here at Amici House. We needed something like this in our community. The staff are so welcoming and friendly. Thank you to all involved.
The largest arincini ball I have seen. Delicious and accompanied by a fresh salad complete with balsamic dressing Yum

My beef lasagne was very tasty with the same salad making it a great place for lunch. I will be back and my wife can't wait to try the vegetarian lasagne.
This whole meal was far tastier and cheaper than one lousy tastless lasagne at What's in the Pot Sandgate. Two mains and three drinks $30.00.
I wish they did Dinners on the weekends.
