How rude are the staff at this pharmacy
Was told I had to wait 20 minutes or more for my script, I didn't have this sort of time to wait so I asked for my script back and then told it's only going to be 5 mins by another staff member
So I choose wait 5 mins then u had the other staff behind the counter looking my way snuggling and felt uncomfortable so i asked for my script back again, then was told there where people before me so I shh I wanted to say I have the right to say I don't won't to wait and I will get it another day when I have time but I got attuutide from other staff member
I will just go back to my normal Pharmacy so much nicer people to deal with

Both Amy and Matt along with phenomenal Shirley and Cheryl plus the wonderful Sue (and some of the other great staff too) are the only reason why I continue to support this pharmacy as the new shop lay out is not customer friendly especially when you have a back injury nor is it overly practical…

General staff here are lovely, except for the older blonde lady. An absolutely battle-axe, huffs and puffs and slams things around, is the single rudest human, but if you treat her with the same attitude in response - look out, you’re the rude one. She should be working with animals as she doesn’t possess a shred of people skills… then again, would seem unfair for the animals too.

Need to teach your S2 counterstaff to check ingredients before stating it doesn't contain something. I double checked with your staff member that the nasal spray did not contain menthol, she assured me that it didn't. I can advise that IT DOES! I am anaphylactic to unknown chemicals and I have only had a minor reaction to the spray.

I have been getting my prescriptions filled at the Springfield Discount Chemist since I was about 14 years old (now 32!) when it was previously under the ‘Amcal’ brand and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

This chemist has changed hands and pharmacists/store staff several times since I’ve been coming here, however the one thing that hasn’t changed is the friendly and professional customer service.

In the last couple of years that I have been getting my scripts dispensed here, I have had the opportunity to really get to know my regular Pharmacist’s, Mat & Amy very well and have always been treated with respect by them. I receive a warm, friendly welcome by Mat, Amy and the girls every week when I come in and it feels so nice to be greeted with smiles all around and be called by my first name. I have been to other chemists where I have felt incredibly judged, but Mat and Amy make me feel comfortable which is why I continue to make the 45 minute drive here twice a week after I moved away from Springfield Lakes in May this year!

In addition to Mat, Amy & all of the regular ladies that greet and assist me with a friendly, warm welcome, I have particularly become incredibly fond of Jess (the LaRoche Posay sales representative). I simply cannot put into words just how much Jess has made my experience coming to the chemist so much more enjoyable! She is so friendly and always has a big smile on her face whenever I walk in and always makes my day after seeing her. Jess has excellent customer service skills and genuinely cares about what she does which certainly shows through her daily interactions with myself and other regular customers. She is always the first one to greet you as you walk in and offers her assistance. She is friendly and funny, but also equally professional and treats her customers with the dignity and respect they deserve!

If I could name all of the lovely ladies that serve me individually, I certainly would! I don’t usually give reviews, however Mat, Amy, Jess, Cheryl and all the other lovely ladies deserve it!

I would most definitely recommend this pharmacy to anyone looking for a pharmacy who’s staff genuinely care about their customers’ and their individual needs and will continue to remain a loyal customer of this pharmacy for the foreseeable future!

My husband and I came in on Saturday looking to purchase some cold and flu tablets. The lady at the counter who was by no means a pharmacist and was purely a pharmacy assistant began asking extremely personal questions like what my husband snd I did for work and that we would be drug tested for them. She was extremely judgemental and in the end refused to sell it to us because my husband was the only one that had Identification even though there was only one box being purchased. She treated us as if we where drug seekers and had probably the single worse customer service skills I had experience in my life. It was safe to say we took our business elsewhere. Chemist warehouse 5 minutes away in brookwater was more then happy to help us. Discount drug store is closer to my house but as a point I will now rather travel the extra 5 minutes and go to a pharmacy that actually cares and reserves their judgements. I have thus far not had one good experience in this pharmacy, and as someone who worked in pharmacy for 7 years prior to becoming a registered nurse I tend to be understanding of the process behind things, and I know for a fact there was no process nor sound explanation for her behaviour or questions. She didn't ask us if had any other medications? Or medical conditions.she was more concerned about what we did for work, and made sure to make a point that we could be drug tested for it.

I had a wonderful experience with Shirley one of the wonderful staff members there she went above and beyond for when I was there yesterday.

Went for 0730 covax booster appointment, that I had received email and text reminders for, pharmacist tells me he cannot help me as he is only pharmacist there. No other customers in the store, 3 other staff and he told me to leave.

Honestly the best priced pharmacy I've ever been to. The pharmacists are patient and attentive, and the general store has many other quality offering.

As I have to be on monthly medication and live pay check to pay check, this pharmacy has really done me a fantastic service.

The old blondy woman/pharmacist is really rude.you can tell looking at her: "She hates her job". Probably she just hates everything) I dont like to go there and prefer to drive to Orion.

I have had many visits to this particular store at Springfield. Jess and Matt and the team have been instrumental in my mental health and always supported me through some hard times. They don't actually realise how appreciative we are.

Ladies where rude and obnoxious, at this place in work you need to learn to hold your tongue. You don’t communicate with your customers at all. Very poor behaviour very upsetting!

Great chemist with a wide range of products! Their gift store is a bonus! Excellent range of cosmetics and fragrance!
