Amber Tiles Maroochydore

Went into Amber Tiles recently and picked up some stone pavers. Great range and excellent service from the team. They helped in every way they could.

Resolutely ignored by all 3 staff for 30mins in this shop. Minimal signage so impossible to work out which tiles are which. This generally unfriendly vibe completed by signs saying "parents control your children" stuck around.

We spoke to a couple of shops on the Sundhine Coast about what we wanted in our house as we wanted that old Queenslander look. We struggled to find anyone that could help with what we wanted until we met Robyn from Amber. Robyn was lovely. The remaining staff had condescending attitudes and were very resistant to help. Lots of reasons why things could not be done for example you cannot purchase a single tile and no solutions was given to solve problems or make a sale.

This is the second time we've ordered all our tiles for our house building through Amber. They're amazing. Nothing is ever too much trouble for them. They go the extra yards every time I have a query or (in particular) when I can't decide on what to order. Their display centre is comprehensive and their knowledge is broad. This time we chose our flooring there too.vinyl planks. Great range and good pricing. I cant thank them enough for being so understanding and professional.

I have been using Amber Tiles Maroochydore both personally and professionally for many years and we send many of our clients there. The display centre is spot on with many different colour and size options. Robyn, Debbie, Joanne, Janette, Rosemarie and everyone on the floor are extremely friendly, professional and helpful I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Incompetent staff, they didn't order enough tiles and the plans were incorrect.
Very unhappy.
