Amber North Lakes

Just want to say a huge thank you to Shay at Amber Northlakes for the help she gave us selecting our wall tiles.
We rolled up 5min before closing on a Saturday and she spent a lot of time going through all options until the "just right " tile was found.
Totally different from what we were originally looking for.
We couldn't be happier with how our bathroom has turned out!

In January 2023 I renovated an ensuite bathroom and purchased my tiles and consumables from Peter (Store Manager) at Amber Tiles North Lakes for these reasons: 1.knowledgable service and advice from Peter (an ex-tiler) was absolutely outstanding (!) and such a great help; 2.the quality of the tiles and other products they sell is excellent; 3. Peter and his team went above and beyond with answering questions I had and being super-helpful. Thank you - worth a 6 star rating!

Upon walking into the store you'll find out how well it's laid out with displays throughout the showroom. It's bright and clean offering not just tiles but tapware and even artificial turf. You would be greeted warmly by one of the professional staff
who listen to your needs and are more than happy to take time to present many variations of tile designs and choices. We highly recommend Amber Tiles at North Lakes. Thanks guys

He went the extra mile in finding me a new tiler to replace the previous excuse.
Brad helped us select and reconfirm our choices of tiles and was always there through the process. He was very patient with us.
Also a huge thank you to Choi @Choi Tiling. They were amazing and so thoughtful and easy to get along with. Nothing was an issue. Call Choi.

Brad and Chay were a huge help to me today. I ducked into Amber on a whim to buy a few pavers to use as decor for my up coming wedding. They not only provided amazing customer service for someone not going in and spending hundreds (if not thousands!) of dollars, but they also hooked me up with some stunning Travertine tiles at an amazing price I wouldn’t have found anywhere else!

Many years ago we trusted Amber Tiles to supply all the floor tiles for a complete house renovation we were doing. Again, we found the need to look for some tiles to help with the small renovations we are doing in our 'new' home.

We did look around online, and visited a few other stores but Amber was ultimately the final choice.

Great friendly and helpful staff - particularly Brad:) Great option choice. Centrally located with easy parking. I could go on but I think you get the picture.

A big shout out to Brad Delaney. Such a personable and helpful employee. He sorted my needs and helped me choose the best tiles for my needs. The store was clean and good displays. Came to look stayed and bought.

I don’t normally write reviews however I was very impressed with the service in this store and I wanted to share this. Brad was very knowledgeable and his recommendations were were spot on. Brad worked within my budget and I am super impressed with the results. I highly recommend this team and store.

Brad was very approachable, accommodating and also knowledgeable. The showroom is awesome - a lot of a variety of tiles, pavers etc and it even had a little kids play area!
Prices are also competitive.

We've been really impressed by Richard as we chose tiles for the whole house. His recommendations for tiles and tilers were very helpful. The range and prices at Amber were the best we found. If we were doing it again, we'd go back to Richard at Amber.

Roz was amazing. So patient with me. I was given wrong info from my ex builder and then returned with a whole new idea and she found me the perfect tiles which considering my colour palette was not easy. Always greeted me with a smile and helpful. Next renovation I do I will be going back to see Roz!

Nice guy, very helpful. Will return as we are about to pave an area in our back yard. Beautiful products.
