53 Buy a couch if you want to do a warranty claim every year. And wait over 2 months on parts with a broken couch in the meantime and 57 minute
phone wait times when you call to follow up.
Today, I met Bradley the sale rep from Amart in Springwood.what a nice guy. He answered all my questions, and he offer me the best prices possible. I will come back to this store and ask for Bradley again for sure because he was not pushy at all and very easy to deal with. Bradley organised the delivery and took payment on the spot with his iPad which made my purchase extremely easy and fast. Well done Amart Furniture Team.
Service was nice and friendly at time of purchase but chairs broke within the first 2 months and time got away from me. Finally lodged a report and someone came out and now they want to repair them when they are barely usable and refuse to help in any other way. Wont be buying from Amart again
Great staff. Clean and friendly. Got what we wanted. All done quick and saved a few bucks. Be back for sure.
Total rubbish. First delivery came with an assortment of peices totalling roughly 5 out of the 8 chairs we ordered. Replacement delivery came missing back cushions and with damaged items. Customer service is slow and they try to pass the buck to other departments. As a customer I don't particularly care which department is at fault, but I do expect to deal with the self described 'customer care' department and get a result.
I do NOT recommend Amart furniture and will never purchase from them again. The quality is extremely poor! I would have been better off purchasing a second hand bed instead of the brand new one I paid for. I'm very disappointed with the response I got from Amarts online customer service. Waste of my money and time.
Gina was super helpful. My partner and I found a special on our new couches online and she happily matched the price and gave us free shipping. We had a great experience at the Springwood store and the staff were friendly:)

Customer service is always great here, have bought quite alot throughout the years from the Springwood store but the reason for only 4 stars is because the prices are just not realistic anymore, especially with so many other furnitures stores being very competitive
The customer service from Amart is always superb, but I would not recommend buying Amart furniture. The quality of the products is poor (e.g, parts don't align and furniture delivered had many defects) and the process of assembling each piece of furniture is too arduous. My experiences buying Eureka, James Lane and IKEA were much better tha Amart, and when seasonal sales kick in, their prices are highly reasonable too.
Ordered 4 seater lounge in March 2022 still waiting for it and was told it was arriving on 15th July only to get a call today saying it’s delayed till next week not good at all
Staff were professional, helpful and friendly. Instructions for pickup around the corner were precise, and the warehouse staff were experienced with knowing how to get big furniture items into small cars.
Not good. Ordered in August 2021. Arrived after numerous delays early March 2022. Item had factory defective issues. Logged with pictures and whatever information. Replied 2 weeks later, cough. Impossible to have it corrected in a timely manner and it’s now end of April, whoever knows when it will be done. Don’t believe in the warranty claims as their call centre staff are not good either. 30 to an hour dealing each call because they can’t find the previous notes or they closed the case for no reason. Our dealings with the store staff, not great either. The delays changed from shipping delays to not made after confrontation that I actually work with sea freight and wanted to track it myself. It all changed after that. Never again. Sadly we still have the warranty so this item will be the gift that continues giving for the next however many years. Sometimes you just wonder what you have done in life to be handed a bag full of lemons. We learned the fun way, you don’t.
Would have loved to have bought some furniture but no one came to help.absolutely no service whatsoever
Do not purchase an extended warranty. After purchasing extended warranty for $100 with a $1400 couch excessive wear was evident on one of the cushions within the extended warranty period. The material is now extremely thin and not far off tearing. I was offered a refund that will not come close to covering the repair. Request for refurbishment or to return the product for a credit was denied. Extremely dissatisfied.
Shopped AMart springwood yesterday had great customer service and very happy with lovely new soft sheets doona and doona cover.
After 6 weeks delay on product arrival, the delivery driver arrived at my house at 8pm. The next day I went to assemble the product only to see that the wrong color bed was sent. Super Amart Corporate could only offer an apology and re-send the correct product once in stock. Lucky for me, the manager from Super Amart Springwood was able to source the correct color bed and have it delivered within a few days plus a small refund for the hassle of the interaction. Hit and miss with service, I will have to re-consider shopping at discount furniture shops moving forward.
Amart use to sell some great furniture but now I couldn't recommend them.
The dining setting in the photos below retail for $700, within days the welds on the seats were failing.
When I initially contacted online support I was offered $100 credit BUT on the privisor that I wouldn't be able to claim any other failed welds down the track, so basically no longer having any warranty for the price of saving $100.
I am not sure about the legality of that. I have considered sharing my correspondence with the ACCC.
I cannot recommend buying anything from here and expecting it to last very long.
When I went to buy it they had a special for $499, I asked if they could do any better and was told absolutely not.
I went outside and found it advertised on the Amart website for $449 and when I showed them they honoured it. Obviously they could do much better.
I returned the item for a refund after another weld failed having not accepted the $100 credit.
Considering all of the above it is highly unlikely I'll ever go into an Amart store again.
AMart offered to replace it with new items of the same cost. We did have problems with delivery of the new items but eventually they were delivered by Steve's Assembly who did a great job. Despite the problems we have been happy with the customer service from Sarah and Jason at the Springwood store.
TJ was fantastic! He went out of his way to be helpful. Prompt, courteous and efficient. He is an asset to Amart Furniture Springwood!
