Amart Furniture North Lakes

Since we arrived from europe 1982 we are regular customers from Amart furniture. First in Lawnton and later in North Lakes 4509. We never regreted. They sell good quality goods, furnitures, bedding etc. The service is always top. They always look after us and support us. Special thanks to Susan and Mike the manager who look after us verry well lately. We like to recomend Amart in general and specialy in North Lakes 4509 to every one.

Wonderful service in store. We went there after we bought furniture from another store/brand and were left extremely disappointed. AMART pointed us the in the right direction, had wonderful service and went through everything with us. One piece arrived damaged and we were able to arrange a new one within 24hours. Very happy and definitely will be buying from AMART in the future.

Have a problem with the sales team, definitely in your face trying to sell you products real turn off, even trying to get you to buy items that you didn't even ask for.

Had the most lovely experience with Sharnee, extremely kind and patient when my fiancé and I were buying furniture for our new house, made the experience ten times better.

I had a wonderful experience with Susan and the dispatch person. Susan helped us secure our bed and was very patient. She even came to see us when we came to collect our unit.

The guy in the warehouse was very helpful and nice. He also had a great customer service personality and was very great to talk to.

It is terribly disappointing experience shopping from Amart. Even one start is too much for Amart. I ordered 18 items 30/04/2022. $ 8,250 for 18 damaged items. They delivered to me 06/09/2022. All damaged, poor quality, even broken and fixed without informing me. It is a lie to customer. It is a shame. Customer service process annoying. Wasting my times with heaps of questions calls, repeated calls from different people, different solutions, terrible customer service. After all arrangements, the North lakes store said we have no approval, however customer service said just go to store and have your discount in your cart. Never get back to you and I'll follow my case with Government and social medias.

Excellent serviceI was only in store for 5 minutes and Joel helped me find the items I was looking for. 10 minutes later, my purchases were completed, ordered and to be delivered in a week Definately a repeat customer here. Thanks Joel

If you are stupid enough to buy anything leather from A mart and they tell you it has a 10 year warranty it dies not our leather lounge is 3 years old and the leather is going into holes they sent out a (get this) a lounge technician from an upholstery company with some of the worst reviews I've ever seen to do a report they said it was not a manufacture problem but the way we used it BIG deal we sit on it I am contacting consumer affairs

I received the furniture on September 16 and found that some of the furniture was broken and some had obvious scratches. I went back to the store in the morning on the 17th to communicate with the staff, but no one took care of it. Afterwards, I discussed with the manager how to deal with it, but so far No one responded to the emails sent for a month, so I was very disappointed.

I'd rather go somewhere else. Walking in the store waiting for someone to come over but I guess they've got to finish their conversation first and still not be served

I purchased my new lounge suite from Amart at North Lakes from a wonderful lady, her name was Susan. After looking at several stores and speaking to different salespeople in other retailers Susan was the most honest and knew so much about Amart’s products. I would highly recommend her to my friends to purchase there new lounge suite. Do you self a favour ask for Susan at Super Amart North Lakes. Also the Manager there was extremely helpful and helped us a lot as-well to make our final choice. Great staff and great products! Well done Amart

If you ever come in try and find a guy named 'Tony'.

He is a Salesman with 12 years experience that has an answer for literally any question you ask him across a wide range of equipment. Along with this he provides a warm and friendly persona. Contrary to that stereotypical salesman type of a feeling you get in retail these days, the whole time shopping at Amart North Lakes today felt relaxed and never once did I feel pushed to do anything, Tony really made my partner and I feel like you're just talking with a mate that knows a lot about furniture and was genuinely looking to help you out.

I never really ever write reviews, however on this occasion I felt compelled to as I believe hard work should be acknowledged. Amart North Lakes are to be commended with employing such professional and knowledgable staff.

My partner and I will definitely be coming back for any future furniture needs and you have gained yourselves a loyal customer.

Great location in North Lakes, not far from Westfield. Great range with affordable prices. Staff were friendly and helpful. Found exactly what i wanted at a great price. Would highly recommend a visit

Very lucky productive visit I think. Got a 370 single comfy couch reduced to 148 cos there was a tear underneath so returned floor stock. Thanks Tony and co for wrapping in plastic and putting in my station wagon.

Extremely pushy staff, we tried to leave and the staff member chased us. I sent an email to advise the company of the poor conduct and never heard back.
