The sales guys did everything to get a sale out of us and encouraged to buy well outside of our budget. We ended up leaving without making a purchase purely because of his very pushy and rudeness.

Today he helped me and my family select the right living room sofa suite. A suite with longevity and quality. He applied great customer service and assisted our needs. We were also able to negotiate such a great price with him. He is such a friendly person and look forward to returning and purchasing more often.

Furniture i bought was black and white on the show room floor. Got it home, it was black and yellow.
Lady at customer service said it was a batch problem and they were aware of it. So confusing!
Floor staff were nice and helpful upon purchase but unsure why there hasn't been a product recall.

Fantastic store to visit with a large range of furniture, beds and pillows. Picked up a good pillow and good price. Very helpful staff. Clean, tidy and covid safe store.

Purchased a corner lounge. Steve was absolutely brilliant, helped us get a fantastic deal. Furniture is better quality and customer service is fantastic won't be going back to the one across the road. We will use Amart for our home furniture upgrades this year.

Staff were pushy, my wife tried to get rid of them a number of times as we wanted to look at more items before making decision. Some sale items were being relisted at the full price and they didn't know why, even though there were a number of days left in the sale. Prices were not competitive with surrounding competition. Ended up making a dash for the exit and purchased $4500 worth of furniture else where.

Very nice staff, store is very clean.went looking for a desk and came out with one very quickly, happy with my purchase.

The shop itself has moved location but if you have a look online for what you want then head in with the mindset to get an even better bargain you might be lucky. Pity that they got the spelling of my name wrong and also my correct email address. Even corrected them of their mistakes. Nope latest email from them still has my name mispelled.

Went in today with my mum and best friend. Absolutely amazing service from Brittany!
She stated it was her second time on the floor and She couldn’t have been more lovely or helpful!
Couldn’t recommend the store or her more!
