We are so happy with our carport. The whole process was great, from the our first appointment right through to the contractor that installed our carport. We will definitely use Altec again.

Altec recently completed a pergola at my house in Brisbane. All trades and services were very professional, and the completed job excellent.

From start to finish communication was great. Install occurred and very happy with the outcome. Only needed to follow up one thing and that was dealt with quickly and efficiently.

The tradesmen arrived early, were polite and friendly, and completed the job ahead of schedule. We are very happy with the result. The cleanup crew were also fast and thorough.

Great finished product. I was kept up to date with the progress and time-frame. The process was easy from design to completion. All staff that I dealt with were knowledgeable and professional. Outdoor area is fantastic. Thanks!

We wanted to add a cover to our out door space. From the salesman (I am so sorry I cant remember his name) he took the time to explain every detail of the process and the individual costs helping us make the best decision for us, to the installer Sebastian who was very professional in his approach and careful with our property whilst on site and everyone in between.we had the best experience.my cover is just what I imagined it would be and I couldn't be happier - I love love love it. I cant stop talking about it and would certainly recommend Altec to anyone who will listen. Thank you so much.

From the time of booking the carport to installation, Altec kept us informed with weekly email progress. We did have our own delay, but once our works were completed we could advise to have our installation done. The installer was very thorough and had it completed within a couple of days. Our caravan fits perfectly, a great asset to our home.

We had a while to wait for the patio to be finished, also had a few things not quite right, but all in all we had a good time with Altec. Lyle was very helpful and could not do enough to fix up the mistakes and to make it alright. He made sure that everyone was happy at the end of the day. Good guy. Thank you everyone at Altec.

I can’t speak highly enough about Altec and their professionalism. I had a bad experience with my power provider moving my power to the house to another position so I could go ahead with my carport. The delays by Energex was causing me grief and I had to keep informing Altec about the delays which caused Altec having to keep rescheduling 3 times. In the end I got the ombudsman involved with my energy provider the problem was quickly solved. Altec were notified and to my amazement were out within 5 days and the job was done very professionally. I highly recommend Altec and wish to thank all of them for their understanding and patience. Mixed thoughts regarding this review.
There was a whole comedy of errors with the wrong colour being ordered, the wrong sizes then being ordered and having to fix up faults and paint exposed metal and downpipes.
They did fix everything that needed to be fixed though, eventually. The whole process took a lot longer than expected but the final result does look great.

Overall happy and the product itself is great. There was some issues with communication and workmanship that was acknowledged and eventually resolved. I would recommend them for a great product but be on top of them to supply what was quoted and agreed on and to fix their mistakes or poor finishes.
