Absolutely Disgusting customer service, while going through the checkout, one worker i asked for her name and it was Jasmine continued to roll her eyes at my mother when she would say anything.it’s rude.there was no hello, no thank you, no goodbye.absolutely disgusting!
Worst customer service in stocklands shopping centre. The sales attendants don't greet or help any of their customers. I've been in this store many times and not once have they acknowledged any of their customers.
You shouldn't be working in retail if you are that slack to be nice to your shoppers.
Discusting customer service! The lady told me "if you open your eyes there are none" after I asked for size 8 for a shirt that was hang up. This rude lady that served me had red hair and slightly darker skin thur 1pm. This was absolutely disgusting customer service!
Rubbish at customer service, and near impossible to return items. Will never ever shop there again. Lost a loyal customer over a $17 refund. Run your business into the ground.
