Hi there had an absolute horrible experience, your manager of chermside has the worst attitude and her customer service needs an improvement, I will not be shopping at Ally anytime soon.

Never had a bad experience here but today I went in and the staff didn’t greet me and had a poor attitude. The two staff members were gossiping and not helping the poor old lady that needed help near the change rooms. Terrible experience, walked straight passed me and continued talking to her coworker. Not to mention the change rooms were full of clothes that hadn’t been put away. Messy store. Wont be back here again.

The tall blonde girl she didn’t have a badge on is the rudest retail staff I have ever encountered. I came in today to return 1 of 3 items I purchased 2 days ago. When asked why I was returning it she said “so get a different size”. The whole transaction her tone her demeanour everything was demeaning an rude an make me feel awful about the whole thing. I was wearing 1 of the other items I had purchased with the item I wanted to refund an my colleague had come to the store with me intending the buy the same item yet we left after dealing with the rude girl an purchased a similar skirt elsewhere so she literally cost this business money.

Rose i think the the tall blonde chicks name is wasn't very nice. I came into the store to return an item that i had purchased online when she approached me with very poor attitude and lack of respect.i was with my daughter and very embarrassed by the way this grown women was acting like a teenager! The store was dirty and clothes were all over the floor with other rubbish as well, change rooms had clothes scattered and very messy yucky store.i left with my clothes and ended up coming back later that day to try and find something else to wear when i overheard the blonde thing on the phone with someone else talking about me about how i came in to do a return.she was making comments and not being friendly.i've been to this store before and yet again heard her making comments and gossiping about people to other staff.she's an unprofessional child and needs to get a grip of herself.its something about the blonde retail workers who seem to have difficulties putting their ego and high horse aside.so upset with the customer service.never coming back!

Had a look around today and noticed the two girls that were working, were very task focused at the front of the store. I felt completely ignored, even when I was standing close to 1 metre away from them I had no greeting which isn’t a huge deal but as someone who used to work in retail, it really isn’t hard to say hello and welcome the customers coming into your store. This whole experience was just sad. To top it off, I went to try on a top - firstly the changerooms were very untidy, clothes that people had tried on just spread across every hook, some falling off the hangers onto the floor. The ‘put back’ rack was full of tried on clothes…when customers would be at the counter it took some time for the two staff members to finish their conversation before making their way to the counter. I politely asked if they had another size in the top I tried on - to which the tall blonde girl replied: ‘is there none of this size on the rack with the rest of them? Because if not then I’m gonna say no we haven’t got it’. Look we’ve all had those customers that expect you to check out the back to magically find the size they need, but I was only asking because the store was messy, the put back rack was full, and there were clothes scattered throughout the changerooms - the top could’ve been anywhere and this was the 3rd ally I’d been to for this particular top.
These girls made no effort whatsoever with any of the customers in store and the only interaction they made was at the counter when the customer was ready to pay- and even then couldn’t speak in a friendly manner. I just felt like I was wasting these poor girls time being there.not a very pleasant experience. Sad to see the decline in customer service here. There used to be some really lovely girls running this store.

Super lovely experience at Ally Fashion. Rosemary (? Not 100% on her name sorry!) was absolutely terrific. Helped me find shorts that fit me properly and was great to have a chat to. Her customer service skills are impeccable! Thank you Ally @ Chermside

Good dresses and clothes, however the girl working today cared more about talking to her freinds, rather than helping my partner who was looked at and ignored while standing at the counter with a dress ready to buy a dress

Rude staff ever, the girl she should be trained o system first.because of covid the store was not even busy, if she is not happy to serve customer she should take day off rather then making customer sad, we bought one denim, one dress and one top but accidentally my sister she paid for denim twice, we were showing both the recipt to her but in the very beginning she said no need to explain anything and she didn’t listen anything, at the end we thought she got it but she completely untrained, she should check the denims serial number, i do understand she should check everything, she can check the store camera but she checked us. Even though every was clear on the recipe the denims products number was same on it, very very very rude and unprofessional staff, never ever recommend to anyone, bad service ever.

I offered to buy a damaged item which I could fix and got nastiest look as if I had broken it. I was then told they could give me 10% off ($3.50). The 2 girls I had the displeasure of dealing with were so rude, please teach your staff some customer service skills.

Wife nearly passed out here and I nearly did my block. Girl who attended to us was nowhere to be found when she needed help and wanted my wallet before we had finished shopping.

The worst Ally stir I’ve ever been to. I’m not the type to write a review but this one really needs to be put up. Walked in as usual was going to use my UNiDAYS discount. I have a unidays account because I do a course at USQ so I should be alowed to use my discount but the lady insisted I have to be in uni. I’ve never had an issue like this before. Ever! Furthermore when I was in line, a customer behind me was telling me to hurry up, I looked at the lady serving expecting her to atleast tell the coustmer that the transaction won’t be a moment. She just popped a fake smile and continued the transaction. Plus when I wanted to exchange my jacket the lady serving me told me to go to Sally, why should I go to call the manager to exchange an item? Shouldn’t the other team member call the manager for me instead of me having to chase the manager around the store? Honeslty just close this ally down or get better employees. Being “fake” nice to customers isnt the only thing that makes it a good experience for a customers. Making sure that everyone I know does not shop at this Ally ever! HORRIBLE DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT GOING THERE SIS!
