Had an appointment at 10am I came at 09.45 to be early and have been waiting for a while

Got seen at 1017

Just been denied an appointment. How dare i be penalised for being healthy and not needing a decent doctor for several years.

Use to love this surgery. Had been attending this surgery since it was on corner of Velorum Drive & Yalumba Street. Now it’s almost impossible to get an appointment the same week you ring. You ring today they’ll tell you there no appointment till next week or later in the week. Ridiculously overbooked. That’s my only issue for that reason had to see another doctor/surgery. Although can’t fault the doctors at this surgery they do a great job.

Is a good Dr they bulk bill and have a chemist right next to it.
I come here and My children come here. It is not open on the weekends anymore. I am pretty sure it used to be, and the hours still state that but is incorrect.

Been going here for close to 10 years. The drs are thorough and will do their best to find what ails you. My kids and husband see the drs too and we're all immensely happy with the service. The receptionists are lovely too

Very rude I tried booking an appointment but kept getting hung up on and when I finally did get through the receptionist had told me there weren't any appointments for another 2 days so I said yes please make it I just may have to take my little bub to hospital before then. She said okay then hung up

I have been seeing these doctors past 10yrs, even though it's not under my location still I like to see this doctors, especially Dr Gupta n Dr Ho. Pharmacy staff and MediLab staff also friendly. Love to go there

Was trying to book my daughter an appointment. Receptionist was really rude and hung up on me after telling me they were all booked for this morning

I have been going to All Care Kingston Medical Centre for a very long time now and I can't complain about anything but I can say the service is amazing and the doctors are wonderful and very thorough, especially with my medical history. They have done nothing but helped me through all my traumatic events in my health and all staff have well very helpful and very lovely in accommodating me with every need to help through my health problems. I love all the help and services they have for every need of health problems we have come across over the 20+years we have been going there.

I have been going to allcare Kingston for over 20 years I do not trust anyone else. Best care I have ever had.

Doctor specifically told me to call the practice once x ray was complete so he could call me back this afternoon to advise results. I call the practice get a rude lady who is apparently the manager of the place who says it takes 4-5 hrs and I'll have to book an appointment. I advised tlwhat the doctor said and she kept coming back at me. The xray staff also advise results would be there after an hr not 4-5hrs! This manager proceeds to hang the phone up which meant I had to go down there to update my number because she refused to let me speak and hung up.

The doctors and receptionist were great but the manager must of been having a hard day and could not separate her issues from work!

Went to see the doctor as I had a lot of congestion in my chest no other symptoms and the doctor refused to treat me until I went and got a covid test despite having no covid symptoms. So gets paid for a consultation but did no work

PATHETIC SERVICE. I recently had a stroke and moved into this area. WALKED to the surgery as I'm not allowed to drive yet. Apparently only ONE of the doctors will take new patients and they dont work today. All the other doctors are choosing not to see new patients citing "Covid" as their excuse. Please.just say you're too lazy to treat the sick LIKE YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO DO! I'd rather catch public transport across Brisbane now to get to my old doctors.at least they care.

Left me in pain for 7 weeks saying there was nothing they could prescribe for
My bulged disc. Went to emergency department as pain got too bad. They informed me there was lots of things they could have done and referred me to. Saw a different gp and am now getting the help I need! Do not get as this practice!

I would of done a one star for Dr Garde and Dr Gupta
if it wasnt for the beautiful staff and the other drs and my original Dr amini helped me and talked to me put me on medication cause I need help getting off the ice and it has been helping but he currently was in a car crash so Dr Garde and Dr Gupta refuse to give me my sleepers even tho it's on there system hopefully the other doctor will help me tomorrow but everything Dr is lovely and so is staff Dr amini has helped me out alot and it's like Dr Gupta and Dr Garde don't care.

Doctors are fine besides one. However today just had the worst reception call. Always prematurely ending the call with no reason.

In an attempt to book an appointment, I called and was hung up on after asking for an appointment before 11am.

I called again and the phone was answered, then placed back down, and on my third time I just gave up.

Absolutely horrible. It’s happened before. Will not be attending this facility again.

I have been going to kingston allcare medical centre before it was what it is, seven years ago it was a quarter of the size and at the third ave end of juers st, then it moved to where it is now and i could not be happier. It provides a mini hospital service snd is open 7 days a week, with a good variety of doctors you are sure to find one that fits your needs. I highly recommend allcare kingston and the chemist attached to it has the most wonderful staff.
