Our house backs into the rain forest and retaining proximity between the encroaching jungle and home perimeter is an ongoing concern. From inception/initially meeting with Mark to discuss myriad such concerns (re: retaining walls and tree-root-related paving issues), right through to executing on the agreed scope of works, we were super impressed with and by All Style.

For instance, Mark's easy-going, down-to-earth manner oftentimes resulted in homeowner-to-homeowner type engagements that imbued a sense of confidence and relatability that is rare and hard to find in Cairns' services and trades (e.g. "here's what I would do if this was my home.here's what I don't think is necessary and would not do if this was my home"). Janine's follow up administration and responsiveness was equally as easy and engaging.

All Style forward booked the job and then fabulously showed up a day early and finished sooner than expected! Mark and his team were informative throughout the ongoing processes, and nothing was too much hassle for them. This again, is a level of service to which we have not been accustomed at Cairns.

From the initial contact to arrange a site visit for quote, to the final stone being laid, Mark managed our expectations with timeframes and consistently kept to his word.

Mark and his team worked professionally and respectfully throughout their days on site and all were happy to discuss their progress at any time. Mark was flexible in adjusting plans for the finished works and sought our opinions on some of the finishes required. In addition a pathway was created at no additional cost which has given us a very useable accessway. All works look incredible, not only adding value to the property but provided us a back yard we can enjoy.

This is the second time I've used All Style Paving & Landscaping. Yet again they have surpassed my expectations! They have transformed the entrance to our house from a unattractive rubble into beautiful garden area. They are super polite and lovely to have around. The quality of their work is exceptional. Well worth the wait!
I had asked a fellow contractor who he would recommend to replace elderly pavers, huge job & needed to be done by hand. This was the only team he said and he was right! I’d had other quotes (as you do!) but they didn’t listen to me, wanted to destroy garden beds to get their machinery in as no, they couldn’t do it manually! So it was so refreshing to meet Mark, who listened to what we wanted, gave us ideas, told us where to look for the pavers and organised everything once chosen.
His team are amazing, started really early but very mindful of noise with my neighbours, worked like”troopers” and kept us informed every step of the way. The day to day progress was amazing & once finished absolutely no mess.

All-style did two re-paving jobs for us: one was perfect - quickly done and beautifully smooth, and the other was a mess with wobbly pavers and uneven surface and no better than before they re-paved it. Seems to depend on the staff at the time

Update - Hi Mark, didn't see your response. The work was done through body corporate. The first guy was great, but you sent us a different paver the second time.

From the initial visit to plan out our patio Mark has been brilliant. He gave us great advice and explained every step of the way what he would do. The fact that he was able to give us a quotation within a couple of hours was exceptional. He and his team were very professional and the standard of their work was excellent. I cannot recommend Mark highly enough, there is no doubt he is one of the best tradesmen I have worked with in Australia. The finished product is outstanding. Thank you Mark and team.

Further to my review we have had an issue with some staining coming through on the pavers. Mark was horrified by this and immediately got onto the paver suppliers and not only reolved the situation but came back and removed all of the rust spots himself. He is truly one of a kind and he gets a 150% recommendation from my wife and I for the way he approaches his work and ensuring that his customers are satisfied. I just hope that I can find a carpenter and plumber with the same level of committment to customer satisfaction. Well done Janine and Mark and team. Guaranteed we will continue to recommend your business to our friends and colleagues.
