Algester State School After School Care

I have been working for Algester Outside School Hours Care for just over a year now and the place is very supportive and welcoming to new people.

I have been working for Algester Outside School hours care for the last three months and I am absolutely loving it. The staff are very welcoming and the children are fantastic

Always very welcoming. Although sometimes very busy and popular - every child is always entertained with some activity around the grounds. The girls are great and always willing to help. Keep it up.

My eldest has attended the centre for Before & After School Care and Vaction Care from Prep to Year 6 and my youngest still attends the centre. Both kids have loved their time at Algester SS OSHC and I can not speak highly enough of Georgia, Toni and the rest of the staff there.

My Daughter loves it, she often says what a great day she has. The staff are attentive and awesome

I found out that us as parents were not notified when our children have been in danger while in the care of Algester OSHC and have had to be our inside and lock the doors.

Incompetent staff that made more than one mistake with enrolments even though written proof was in an email they continued to give me the wrong forms so every time we turned up to holiday care or before school care they would tell me they weren’t enrolled despite the forms being printed by them for me and filled out in person in their office infront of them, and continued to to blame us for their mistakes and when we got frustrated and said it’s not good enough and someone needs to fix it they accuse us of abuse instead of attempting to fix the issues they very clearly have with staff.
Power tripping at its finest, many reviews on local pages prove that a lot of people have had issues I should have looked further into before putting my childrens well being in their hands.

Not impressed with the service.charged me for the Friday even though school term ends on the day before which is Thursday.staff confirmed verbally no charge for the Friday.asked the question via email but never received response in writing
