ALDI Redbank

Most of the aldi chains at the trolley bays in the carparks are broken so you cant get the coins out of your trolley.has been this way for years no sign of fixing.

Bought 2 lots biscuits both were out of date 1 lot of biscuits were out of date by 2 months need to check dates better

I went thru aldi this morning to get a couple of things. When I got to the register to pay for my items, the girl on the register whose name was either kristy or kirsty was so rude and and very un welcoming. I will in future check who is on the register if I come in again. Normally don't have any issues but this girl is not a good look for a shop that is otherwise very helpful. Watch your docket, overcharging on fruit and vegetables prices to whats stated on the shelf. Disappointing service all round. Redbank Plaza outlet.

Neat tidy store, less 1 star because they waited until 6 people were lined up at the register before opening a 2nd one.

Always a well stocked, clean and efficient store to visit. The layout allows for quick trips or full shops, and the wait at the registers is next to nothing. A+ 5's to this store and its team.

Layout is confusing and goes against being user friendly. The girl on the register was neither welcoming nor unwelcoming until right at the end when she finally spoke saying to have a good week.

No where in the car park is there a trolley bay for their trolley. The ones you can find have had the locking chain twisted and broken

Aldi had the 16L air fryer as the front cover sale on their catalogue on Wednesday 12th of September. When store opened at Redbank there was only 4 air fryers for people to purchase. Really disappointing.

I had a small bag while doing shopping. Payment counter lady asked me to check my bag, where as few other customers also got bags bigger than me but she didn't check them. It's really ridiculous and very poor service

Went in today and brought a mattress topper but can't get it back their now. Disappointing to find that when I open it up their is a huge stain on it. Never shopping their again. Unless the item is wrapped up well and not just zipped I will never buy again. Shame on whoever did this and probably brought it back and it wasn't looked at properly.

Redbank Plaza, Friendly staff, there are always enough of them so it is always quick through the register and the shelves are restocked promptly unlike some other Aldi stores

This store has such a great range of treats for Our Dogs to enjoy and Wow! They certainly enjoyed these that I found here at Aldi and the fruit and vegetables are so fresh with great prices.

Really good competitive pricing with neighbouring Coles supermarket. My only issue is one cashier lady is that she was really brisk and when we were trying to bag our shopping into our own bags she was serving another customer and showed she was getting agitated that we were still bagging our shopping, when we had obviously did a big shopping.

I love ALDI but this store really needs to sort out their trolleys. I shouldn't have to walk 3 levels back to return a trolley, the ones in the parking bays cannot refund tokens/coins

Only shop in Australia to have long lines at it, twice weekly.must be doing something right!

Really like ALDI, just don't like this one. Never has regal diet coke, always low on other products and never seem to have it in the back when you ask.
Also seems to have less staff than the other Aldi's in the area.

Often missing things from their shelves but claim it is out the back. Too much effort to need to ask for it.

Best deals thats about it.however the guy at customer service named David! Has the most rude custme service ever! Can see that the counter is full and he just sits there doesnt even help! Doesnt smile! Worst service ever, gnaa file a cmpliant! So pissed off right nw zzzz would give no stars but theres no option!
