ALDI Mt Ommaney reviews
32Always fully stocked with everything we need. Great set up and I love the self checkout especially when there is a cue at the register.
Aldi needs a looking into Fruit and Vegs sections twice Mrs got stuff open it up are they selling old stock at a high price? I never buy fruit or Vegs again from them. Can people stop feeling the bread or Meat other people got to buy this product with your dirty hands on it or fingers. Old people are the worst.
Good size plenty of choices and middle isle section items is larger than most. Cheaper than Coles and Woolworths for everyday items. I use a shopping list app and record prices as i buy them and it compares well against the bigger shops. Not sure whats happened to the trolleys last time i went none there.
Very affordable food and drink. Limited choices but that's all part of it. Great to get most of your items from and then one of woollies of Coles to get the niche items
Good service and good product. Update 10/2/2023. Keeps on keeping on. ALDIs plans are straight forward and simple and easy to deal with.
So far ALDI was the best Supermarket in Australia. I was just waiting for KAUFLAND to open up. They would have kicked everyone's Arse, especially COLES & WOOLIES! To my disappointment, Kaufland isn't coming anymore. Since then, Aldi got slack as well. Some of their items aren't anymore what they used to be.
It's quite sad actually.
Got to love the good old German ingenuity and know-how integral to the functioning of Australia's best quality and by far the cheapest grocery store
The team here are fast and yet still have excellent customer service manners. We only had a few items and they helped us get through the line quickly on a busy Sunday afternoon. Thanks again for your consideration!
Shop was sort of clean. Staff were young and rude. Just throwing my items for me to collect. No bag or box offers so items rolled all around my boot. Not happy Jan!
The store usual standards was in place. My initial shop that day was sad as I was not earlier enough to get the middle row special I needed. Teaches me to sleep in.
Aldi is my go-to grocery store. I'm finding my weekly shop anything from 15%-25% cheaper than the other 2 stores. After my Aldi shop I then go to the other stores or a green grocer for items that Aldi didn't have. Yes it's a slight inconvenience to have to go to more than one store. However the cost savings by shopping at Aldi are worth it.
Updated: my local ALDI upgraded a few months ago, to the more current layout, and also expanded the sore footprint. Yay! Much better!
Always an efficient shop and reliably 15 percent cheaper than the "dominant" supermarkets.
Terrible customer service. I just shopped at this Aldi and one of the staff named (Janet) at the register was pretty rude because of supporting another customer’s rudeness and judging the situation without knowing the issue. I was pretty upset and called for her manager. I talked to her and she apologised for Janet’s poor customer service and said she would fix it up and advise her to have a better customer service but I realised that she was only pretending because when I turned and looked at them by accident I saw them smiling at eachother. It was all just a joke for them so I’ll definitely be reporting this to higher management or head office soon.
Thanks
I always enjoy this particular branch - well stocked, friendly staff and though it's an ALDI with few choices to make, I never seem to bump into people.
Clean new store. Lots of product and the fresh flowers are a steal at that price. Store not too crowded and the staff friendly. That is a 5 star wrap.
Well stocked with essentials at affordable prices and with things that make me go "Wow! I didn't know this existed! I need it"
More than agree, but some goods sold too quick, and some goods arrive too later than list date, otherwise very good!
Clean, good produce, fabulous benches outside the store, fantastic idea.
Cheers

Not enough products line. The cashier is dangerously faster, pushing my items to go faster. Products in Coles and woolies are cheaper when you get them on special. I still don't understand where do they sell these bulky items that appear in their catalogues.
