Aldi used to be the cheapest place to shop.but I might as well go back to Coles and woollies as it isn't any cheaper.

BLACK-LISTED for DISCRIMINATION of person with disability, multiple-times. Staff abusive and rude towards PwD for wearing prescription precision-tinted (blue&yellow) lenses, accused of wearing 'sunglasses' in store; when not abusive, ignored.

Stopped going to the Westfield helensvale store, because the staff literally throw your groceries down the shoot at you, don't smile or have any welcoming things to say to you. When the Ashmore store open the staff and their customer service was amazing, unfortunately today I experienced more of the poor attitude that you get at helensvale, really disappointing, pick up you game aildi with customer service attitudes like that you are going to loose customers

I always find I can't get all I need in one shop, and really hate the speed catching at the check out. It's not my regular grocerie shopping place however when I need certain items it's on my way home and convenient

What a joke have to wait in line with 1 item cause aldi won't let cash customer through self service the worst customer service ever and if you go through checkout lane normally full shopping trolley had to wait 15 minutes very poor

As I said before Aldi's great you just don't get enough time to put your money back in your part of what you're changing your purse not good

Always a quick visit. Checkouts move you thru relatively fast. Lots of specials in store centre

Interesting, this Aldi seems to have a much bigger fruit and veg section than the other Aldi supermarkets I've been to. A bigger shop too.

Great Shopping centre, easy to get in and out of. Hope Servo at entrance which has competitive fuel prices.

My go to Aldi for the last 6years.
Friendly staff, have most of what I need from Special Buys majority of the time. Sometimes, I can even get Special Buys items for relatives who can’t find it at their local Aldis.

Best prices but I hate the deep trolleys and the way the belt moves when you put your stuff on it

The female assistant manager checks my handbag everytime I go to the store. So everytime I go I watch to see if she checks others customers bags, you guessed it NO, just mine. When I confronted her she said it's not personal, are you sure!
I go in my work clothes after work, and yes I probably look grubby after a hard day's work covered in dust and paint, but I should not be treated in this way. I'm not a thief. The rest of the staff are great.
If the black haired assistant manager is on a check out, I now avoid her and go to one of the other friendly staff.

It's Aldi what more can I say except that it's brilliant the staff at this store are very friendly and helpful.

Prices are cool but man no matter how many times I visit, it still always brings on a panic attack when they throw the food down the register haha

10 years shopping at Aldi. And this my be my worst experience. My tip don't shop between 1400 & 1500 hrs. Take a handful of patience with you.

Why can't they cut certain meat cuts thicker, or at least offer the choice, they could charge the same price per kg, but the meat would be soo much more tasty!

Great place to shop. Always fast on the checkouts. Parking is also great. Can always get a park close to the entrance.

Been here twice this week for the specials. Plenty of everything. & it's right next to Bunnings.

The worst Aldi on the Gold Coast. The staff treats people in a rude away. Don’t respect the clients’ need. I left this Aldi today feeling that they don’t need any client. I used to go every week for my shopping, but I am not sure now anymore.
