ALDI Inala reviews
25I used to swear by ALDI. I've noticed the prices are rising and in some cases it's the same price elsewhere. After two bad experiences I figured it's not worth it. You shouldn't have to check the use by dates. Also when they're out of stock, there's no other brand to choose from so you have to go elsewhere anyway. ALDI may be different but the good is fading fast.
Shout out to JANICE. She was minding the checkout counter, arranging the specials stuff and assisted us with looking up a specials stock not on display but found at the back. SUPERGIRL. Great customer experience. Thanks again, Janice. And Aldi for the great Specials products. Well done!
Was after the hooded towel. Asked a male staff member with braided ponytail who told a big story to not help. Requested to check at the back (warehouse). Na. Refused. Bad experience. We were travelling all the way from Underwood after looking up stock check for Inala Aldi.
Aldi Forest Lake has recently been upgraded to the new store layout.
A definite improvement with more frozen items display space and cleaner, fresher shop fittings and I think brighter lighting.
Still has the same competitive pricing though.
Always Fine to market with ALDI
Where we get good tender coconut water organic, coconut oil, coconut milk and coconut crated and powder.
A Bit cheap to other markets.
Staff is absolutely rude and disrespectful they need training how to deal customers. Absolutely disgraceful.
The new look store is great. Everything is clearly marked and the aisles are nice and wide, no boxes lying around. Shelves are clean and tidy and checkout staff really friendly.
I have been coming to buy from this aldi for several months, and this sector of brisbane, because I like to shop at the butchers outside, and I always buy most of my things at aldi, this Friday I could see that the shelves are fine empty, which is not possible! I know that probably the flow of people or that the lock down, but there are people who must buy the same and now I will have to use time and more gasoline going to another Aldi, to finish buying. Risking my health as well.
Good spot for Asian food shopping! Cheap but good quality! Vegetable, fruit, Chicken, pork, fish, duck is nice and cheap! But not steak! Steak in the whole shopping town is rubbish, otherwise quite good!
Cheap cheap cheap clean and sanitised for a good shopping expirience just the carparking is a joke
Staff at the register are overworked
Just know you're really appreciated
I offered to shout this work a coffee or drink he politely that's a shame terrific customer service thankyou
This is a good Aldi. There are a lot of Asians and negroes jibber jabbering in their delightful native languages.
Great place to go for cheaper groceries and yummy food and their Special’s are always special. It’s very hard to get them.
Aldi at Inala is a great store, clean, cheap, good products & the staff are really polite & helpful - glad they chose to open an Aldi's in Inala.
Really bad customer service. Cashier lady is so rude when we wants to get some cash out. Never wants to shop here anymore
Very nice place, yet shortage of staffs. If u need help at this point, u'll have to go down to the counter to get one. Otherwise nice & cheap place to shop!
People cut the line at this store, not only the staff couldn't understand the concept of first in first served, they side with the folks who do cut the line even with many items. It happened to me several time there, this evening I only had one or two items and people from the back of the line just walk over everyone, I used to work cashier, and when issues happen with the line, the policy is always to prioritize the ones who came first, which is common sense I would think, I tried explaining very politely and clearly to the staff and they were rude and just couldn't comprehend, they said "here you're not overseas, mate we don't know what you're talking about with customers cutting the line". Lovely.not going there again
Very good at after 6pm on a Friday night. We had the whole place to ourselves. Got in and got out in 10 minutes. Best time to go is after 6pm. It is best time for parking. Tomorrow is mad day. I'M staying home I think.
For days I kept thinking I was getting sick because of my medication.until my meds were finished. I was thinking why am I still getting sick? I’ll tell you why! Because I bought food from there at the 6th and all the food expected on the 9th! It says use by not best before. I had diariah and was in the toilet 5-6 times within a 12 hour period! It wasn’t even on sale or anything just normal price that expired within 3 days of purchase! I shop weekly not every 3 freaking days!
