ALDI Caboolture reviews
37Best prices when living on a budget, quality is top shelf. Perfect value lace to do grocery shopping for a small family.
Aldi Caboolture, King St, for those who haven't been lately, they have self serve check outs now. 4 staff check out left.
It’s Aldi!
Like all supermarkets it’s in need of stock. Not a lot of frozen items and some of the regular stock is simply not there anymore.
This is a brand new big Aldi store with cheap prices not too far from home with a large car park. I use it. Big aisles.
Love the weekly specials! But who doesn't? ! I really think Aldi has come a long way, can't go past the washing powder!
I am giving one star as there are no options to give 0 stars. When I was shopping at this Aldi store today with my mum, she picked up a bag of raw dog mince and as she lifted it all the mince fell out of the bag as if it had been already cut open. The raw mince and blood when onto her dress and shoes before it fell on to the ground. I went to the closest staff telling them what had happened, she didn’t say anything just called over another staff asking them “can you check if there actually is something spilled on the ground” of that section of the store. After she came to have a look she went straight to looking through the pet mince choosing other two for us. When this was happening no apology or asking if my mum needs any help cleaning her dress, then she said “I’ll come get a wet floor sign you’re good to go” we had to ask and wait for something to help clean the blood off the dress which she said she would get something which she was gone for minutes. We then spoke to the manager who did not introduce herself saying she can give us an antibacterial hand wipe to clean the dress up which we didn’t want to use in case it ruined the dress more. One of the managers started saying this could have occurred cause of how the manufacturers deliver the meat, rather than taking responsibility, which we picked it up off their shelves. Then they offered a clean cloth with just water on it, while this was happening one of the managers which was also there offered that if we go home, wash the dress and the blood stains do not wash off then they will cover the costs of buying a new dress. After they said this I asked if I could get this in writing and their names signed so we know who we can go back to but they told us they cannot do that. In addition this all occurred in the middle of the store, we weren’t offered to stand somewhere quiet to resolve the situation.
We are very disappointed how unprofessionally this was all handled. Also the lack of manners of even giving the customer a simple apology of what has occurred.
Lovely large store. Friendly staff. Great to not have to travel to Morayfield to shop at Aldi.
Regardless of conversing with a lovely lady about cat food.
Once again essential items that I haven't been able to get for a few weeks now e.g tissues, fruit and vegetables weren't in great supply.
For the first time I was able to get a muesli product at a cheaper price at another grocery store. Prices have increased markedly however produce and products are below the norm for ALDI
Good Aldi, not too crowded. Neat and clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Best in the area for getting the special buys.
Very low on certain items. No toilet paper at all plus several frozen lines not available. Lettuce still around the $5 mark.
Always fresh produce and my husband disappears to see what is new in the centre isle. Save money on every shop.
Great place to get cheap groceries, I just don't like when you're trying to pack your stuff away how all your groceries keeps coming flying at you
Ask for assistance with lifting a mower on to a trolley one Of your staff members told me that staff do not usually do that. I was then lectured in front of other customers that I should have bought another person with me to assist. Aldi no longer has any customer service.
Prices are going up. Not as good as previously. Might as well go to the big supermarkets and get rewards.
Big place with a wide range of products! Fruit and vegetables here are always clean and healthy! Lots of parking available. Staff aren't very communicative but it was fine! Not a nice view since it's a across the road from a graveyard but other than that I would definitely recommend shopping here!
Aldi I LOVE YOU!
i spend $200 at any other grocery store and ive got less than a trolley. Whereas i spend $200 here and ive got an overflowing trolley full of goodies
Great place to shop friendly staff and well presented inside, only downside are the people who live near by and the occasional thefts.
Purchased a floor rug and hall runner for reasonable price.
Store was neat, clean and welcoming.
Nice clean, very friendly lady who served me. Love the prices. There is some regular items, and some great buys. Always looking forward to what they have.
Great place, they could move the notice board for recalled products out to a place where everyone can see it instead of hiding it in a corner at the start of the bread isle
