Very easy to deal with, turf was ready to be picked up as arranged and looks really healthy, care instructions given were also very helpful

Unfortunately I’ve had an unpleasant experience with Albert Valley turf. I have problems with my new turf with massive dead patches and parts that won’t take to the soil. After speaking with Barry about the problems I asked if they could send me another 30m2 to repair the failed turf and he was extremely dismissive, rude and completely uninterested in helping out after my money was in his bank account. I’m extremely disappointed in the product as it looks like they’ve sold me turf from their horse paddock. I’ve got turf from other suppliers that’s thriving in the same soil. You can see clearly in the pictures.

Wonderful service from reception to delivery to follow up! Quality product! My Sapphire Buffolo looks amazing, healthy and ready to enjoy the rain! Ideal for my courtyard with low maintenance, high shade tolerance & hardy resilience for my pupster's little piece of heaven. Such a pleasure to look out my window and see delightful thriving grass.the finishing touch to my courtyard makeover!

Very rude and unprofessional, no help or instruction at all given if you pick up turf yourself. Very disappointing experience?
Yes you said via email you wouldn’t load, after I sent photos and dimensions of the tray. That’s fair enough but you never explained why. So when I measured the pallet when there and asked if you could load that’s when you got mad and said you had ‘told me 3 times’ then I was threatened with violence twice! I can repeat word for word exactly what was said if you like?
Can you not just accept that this is a review of my experience.

I had the Sapphire Buffalo laid and it's growing really well. The team also called a little while after delivery to see how it was all going, and I got to have a chat with them about some aftercare, which I found really helpful. It's a shame more businesses don't pick up the phone and do this.

Ultimately, great turf and great customer service! Highly recommended!

I was put in contact with Albert Valley Turf through a local landscape supplies centre. I found the team at Albert Valley Turf to be extremely helpful from the very first contact with advice on choice of turf with the Empire Zoysia being just what I was looking for, easy no fuss pickup at the farm with the turf in great condition and was easily laid and is bedding down nicely. A great quality product and friendly team. I will certainly be back for any further turf requirements.

Required turf (40 m/2) to cover area on the edge of a saltwater river. Additional requirements were turf
would be in shade in morning and full sun in afternoon. Drought and weed resistance was also sought.
Albert Valley Turf supplied Empire Zoysia.
The product is great, laid easily, and has taken root quickly retaining its lush green colour.
Contact staff and delivery staff were excellent.
I have no hesitation in recommending Albert Valley Turf.

From the first email and phone call, the service has been exceptional.
When ordering the turf, Mel in the office was helpful and friendly and was happy to answer my questions. When the turf arrived, the driver was just as happy and easy to deal with. I installed the turf and I’m very happy with the result. Definitely recommending them to any mates that need turf.
