Coles since you started the refurb the shop never has much stock, you also are moving things around constantly.

Zero star experience due to one of the security staff members who treated us badly and rudely.
On Sunday evening when I was trying to buy groceries from coles, I entered in shopping centre approaching coles and a security lady started shouting at us that coles is closed, coles is closed, multiple times eventhough we heard it at the first time. She was told by us to speak nicely and tell us the same thing in a polite way. It made her more aggressive and we were asked to leave right away even-though other people were still shopping around. We were made embarrassed in front of everyone without any fault. I felt like that she was almost ready to push us out looking at us being migrants.
This type of behaviour is unacceptable to anyone and I don’t want anyone else to have the same experience or treated the same way we were.
I would like to take this further if the management can get back to me please so that I can ask why we got treated so bad without any reason.

I've upped the rating to 4 stars now.a Super Butcher has opened up in the centre with some great products and prices if you're into Low and Slow BBQ'ing (read meats, rub, marinades etc).
And the Coles supermarket here is probably one of the best stocked in the area.

Besides having one of the best hairdressers with expert Barbers (The Hairologists), its an easy parking centre to pop in and out for all your essential shopping when pressed for time.

No lift access availiable to the skate rink upstairs, while the lift exists, it has apparently not been in working order for years despite skateaway requesting repair.centre management have not taken steps to restore safe access for anyone with a disability or that is injured. Resorting to assistance from strangers to carry a child's wheelchair up and down the stairs is far from an ideal situation. It's 2023 and they deserve better.

Easy accessible parking, and pleasant shopping experience with good courtesy seating availability.

I haven't been here for ages and was pleasantly surprised. The centre has been refurbished in the car park area and inside and looks great.

Its really beautiful place to do ur everyday shopping. It has all you need, banks, barbers, news agency, Massive Coles, 2 dollar shop, flight center, restaurants outside, chemist shops etc etc.

A lucky newsagent for me and i love Coles women's wear you can buy! Good quality items plus a great bakery!

Australian atmosphere, easy access to food, toilets at jacaranda park. McDonald's and other convenient commercial enterprises.

Hi Albany Creek was a lovely quiet place to shop this morning aftet the dreadful noise and traffic congestion at the Hypermarket at Aspley. Albany Creek has many places to shop and the Post Office is the best one to do any postal work. No long ques. Highly recommended shopping there. The newsagent is also very good as is Priceline pharmacy.
