So many thanks to Steve and the team at AJ Parkes & Co. I called on Thursday to see if they could help me with a last minute urgent order for some desk plaques. Nothing was too much trouble and he had the proof to me within the hour and then called me to follow up when I hadn't responded. The experience and service I received from AJ Parkes was absolutely terrible. It took an entire month to from the point of ordering online to sending the ONE name tag I ordered. Over the course of the month, I received multiple emails and phone calls asking me to pay for my order despite having paid online and I had already received confirmation of payment via email. I ordered one name badge and there was a lot of confusion if I had also ordered a second. On top of all of that, the name badge is completely different to what I ordered. AJ Parkes has literally wasted my time and money. I believe I should be entitled to a refund as the product I received is not what I purchased but this company seems so incompetent that I'd rather not have to deal with them anymore.
